ITC Immersion Thermostats
Product Information: ITC, ITL & ITD Immersion Thermostats
The ITC, ITL & ITD Immersion Thermostats are designed for controlling motorized valves, hot water cylinders, and central heating pumps. These thermostats come in three different models, ITC, ITL, and ITD, each with its own unique features.
- ITC – Control Thermostat
- ITL – Limit Thermostat
- ITD – Dual Thermostat
The temperature range for all three thermostats is limited to 2 degrees Celsius. The ITD Dual Thermostat has an additional feature of a 4 kV limit.
Installation Steps

Installation must be done by an authorized electrician.

Unscrew mounting screws until the Cylinder Thermostat can be mounted on the pocket.

Insert the thermistors fully into the pocket and mount the thermostat onto the pocket.

Tighten the mounting screws and check the thermostat is secure.
Care should be taken not to over tighten the screws and cause damage. -
Connect wiring as per diagram.
Refer to the figures below for wiring diagrams for each model of the immersion thermostat.

Make sure to follow the installation steps carefully to ensure proper functioning of the immersion thermostat.

Installation steps
- Installation must be done by an authorized electrician
- Unscrew mounting screws until the Cylinder Thermostat can be mounted on the pocket,
- Insert the thermistors fully into the pocket and mount the thermostat onto the pocket,
- Tighten the Mounting screws and check the thermostat is secure, care should be taken not to over tighten the screws and cause damage,
- Connect wiring as per diagram.

Please note that on ITD model, code 099-1062, the temperature range of the limit thermostat is set at 80ºC and cannot be altered.
