RACECRAFT Electric Sound Controlled Mufflers
Product Information
The product is a muffler setup for vehicles that can be used as a single muffler or twin mufflers. It comes with a control module that has two pre- programmed keyring remotes. The control module receives power from the vehicle’s supply and outputs it to the motor on the muffler. The twin muffler setup requires a Y-connecting loom for both mufflers to run from one control box.
Product Usage Instructions
Single Muffler Setup
- Feed power from the vehicle’s supply into the control module.
- Ensure that the red LED on the remote lights up when pressing the button to check if the batteries are okay.
- Plug the output of the control module into the motor on the muffler.
- Inspect all plugs (male and female ends) to ensure correct alignment and no foreign materials that would prevent a circuit.
- Power is fed from the vehicles supply into the Control Module
- The control Module has 2 x pre-programmed Keyring Remotes. It is worth ensuring you see the RED LED when operating the button to ensure the batteries are ok.
- The output of the control module is then plugged into the motor on the Muffler.
- It is imperative you initially inspect all plugs (male and female ends) to ensure correct alignment & no foreign materials that would prevent a circuit.
always check plugs are well aligned for use & clear of any foreign obstructions. Do not force plugs together. ALWAYS bench test the mufler prior to fitting Ensure a qualified Auto-Electrician assists with installation.
Twin Muffler Setup
- Use the Y-connecting loom supplied to run both mufflers from one control box.

ELECTRIC SOUND CONTROLLED MUFFLERS
- All Mufflers are tested in FULL prior to shipping
- All Mufflers require a qualified Auto-Electrician to fit to the vehicle
- All Mufflers MUST be bench tested prior to installation in the exact desired setup that is being chosen. ALL Bolts need to be double checked.
- It is highly advised that an inline fuse is installed. (10AMP)
