The PLB17 is an outdoor lighting fixture manufactured by ABBA Lighting USA. It is designed to be used with a low voltage landscape transformer that reduces the voltage from 120V to 12V AC/DC, making it safe for outdoor use. The PLB17 is rated for 12V AC/DC and must be installed in accordance with all local codes and ordinances.
The fixture comes with a lifetime warranty, provided that the proof of purchase is kept and there is no damage due to improper usage or modification to the fixture.It is important to note that the PLB17 is hot and may cause injury if proper safety precautions are not taken. It should not be installed within 10 feet of a pool, spa, or fountain.
Product Usage Instructions
- Prior to installation, verify that the power is deactivated to ensure safety.
- Connect the wires using WN12 waterproof wire nuts (sold separately) for optimal connectivity.
- For a secure and stable mounting, dig a small hole and insert the spike into the ground, ensuring it is vertical and firm.
- Once the fixture(s) are securely installed, turn on the power and enjoy the enhanced lighting experience!
It is strongly recommended that the main cable from the transformer be buried underground for safety reasons. Additionally, please be sure to avoid exceeding the maximum wattage on the fixture(s) to prevent any damage or hazards.
