Product Usage Instructions

The PH48HWS is a 24-inch depth wall hood with a 48-inch width. It is a ducted hood with four-stage speed settings and commercial-style baffle filters. The hood comes with multi-level, vivid LED lights that provide beautiful illumination. It also has a Check Filter Reminder Light and Delay Shut-Off feature. The hood requires a blower that must be purchased separately.

Installation

The minimum distance between the hood and gas/electric cooking surface should be 30 inches. The hood has a diameter of 10 inches for the air duct top and back. The overall appliance dimensions (Width Of Canopy Included) (HxWxD) are 18 x 47 15/16 x 24 inches. The hood has a net weight of 94 lbs. The hood can be used with optional accessories, such as the Blower Connector Cable – EXTNCB25W, rooftop plates, duct covers, and built-in remote control panel.

Blower Options

The hood requires a blower that must be purchased separately.
There are three blower options available:

• Remote Blower (Mounted to Roof or External Wall): VTR1FZ – 600 CFM, VTR2FZ – 1000 CFM
• Inline Blower (Mounted Between Kitchen and External Wall): VTI1FZ – 600 CFM, VTI2FZ – 1000 CFM
• Integrated Blower (Mounted in Hood): VTN2FZ – 1000 CFM

Technical Details

The hood operates on 120 V 60 HZ Fixed Connection. The Watts and Current details can be found on Page 3 of the user manual. The hood has a damper included, and the grease filter material is aluminum. The hood has a commercial style baffle filter and is not Wi-Fi enabled.
