IN8400 ULTI Ladder
The IN8400 ULTI Ladder is a product made by Van Guard Accessories Ltd. It is designed to fit specific models of vans, including Citroen Dispatch, Fiat Scudo, Peugeot Expert, Toyota Pro-Ace, and Vauxhall Vivaro. - 4mm allen key x 1
- FX4240 x 18 (M8)
- FX4241 x 8
- ME1920 x 1
- 9mm wrench x 1
- MA6200 x 2
- MA6203 x 1
- ME1923 x 1
- FX4008 x 1
- ME1905 x 2
- ME1906 x 2
- FX4252 x 2
- ME1924 x 1
Product Usage Instructions
- Make sure you have the correct model of the IN8400 ULTI Ladder that fits your van.
- Read the fitting instructions carefully before proceeding with the installation.
- Check that all the supplied components are present and correct before starting the fitting process.
- Use the 13mm wrench to tighten all M8X40 screws (FX4249) to 12Nm torque.
- Use the 4mm allen key to tighten all M8 screws (FX4240) to 12Nm torque.
- Use the 9mm wrench to tighten all MA6200 nuts to 12Nm torque.
- Use the 9mm wrench to tighten MA6203 nut to 12Nm torque.
- Use the 4mm allen key to tighten ME1920 screw to 12Nm torque.
- Use the 9mm wrench to tighten ME1923 bolt to 12Nm torque.
- Use the 4mm allen key to tighten FX4008 screw to 112Nm torque.
- Use the 9mm wrench to tighten ME1924 bolt to 12Nm torque.
- Check all fittings and connections to ensure they are properly secured and tightened.
