Product Information: IN8403 ULTI Ladder
The IN8403 ULTI Ladder is a ladder designed for use with the Ford Transit
Custom with twin rear doors, H1 model, from 2012 onwards. It is a product of
Van Guard Accessories Ltd, located in
Exeter, Devon. It comes with various components required for installation,
including AS3592 X1, FX4249 X8 (M8X40), FX4250 X10 (M8X25), ME1911 X1, FX4240
X18 (M8), FX4241 X8, ME1910 X1, MA6200
X3, FX4252 X2, ME1918 X1, FX4008 X1, ME1906 X2, ME1905 X2, and ME1917 X1.
Product Usage Instructions
Before installing the IN8403 ULTI Ladder, read the fitting instructions carefully and ensure that you have the correct model for your vehicle. The following instructions will guide you through the installation process:
- Ensure that you have all the components required for installation.
- Use a 13mm tool to install the ladder.
- Refer to the diagram provided in the instruction manual to identify each component and where it should be installed.
- Install AS3592 X1 in the designated area.
- Install FX4249 X8 (M8X40) and FX4250 X10 (M8X25) as directed in the manual.
- Use ME1911 X1 and 4MM X1 to install the ladder as per the diagram.
- Install FX4240 X18 (M8), FX4241 X8, ME1910 X1, MA6200 X3, FX4252 X2, ME1918 X1, FX4008 X1, ME1906 X2, ME1905 X2, and ME1917 X1 as directed in the manual.
- Ensure that all components are securely installed with the correct torque settings (12Nm).
- After installation, check the ladder for stability and safety before use.
