Sonoff DW2-Wi-Fi Wi-Fi Wireless Door-Window Sensor

The DW2-Wi-Fi sensor is a wireless door/window sensor that connects to your Wi-Fi network, allowing you to monitor the opening and closing of doors and windows remotely. Below are the instructions for setting up and using the device.

Operation Instruction

1. Download the eWeLink APP on your Android or iOS device.
2. Install batteries:
3. Remove the back cover of the transmitter.
4. Insert batteries into the battery compartment based on the identifiers of positive and negative poles.
5. Close the back cover. Note that batteries are not included with the device and need to be purchased separately.
6. Enter pairing mode:
   • Long press the pairing button on the transmitter for 5 seconds with the eject pin until the LED indicator flashes, indicating that the device has entered pairing mode.
7. Add the device:
   • Tap on the “+” button in the eWeLink app and select “Quick Pairing.”
   • Make sure the device is in pairing mode and follow the prompt on the app to add the device to your network.
   • If you have a GSM device or a device with a QR code, you can add it using the “Scan QR code” option.
   • If you have a Bluetooth device, you can add it using the “Bluetooth Pairing” option.
8. Install the device:
9. Tear off the protective film of the 3M adhesive.
10. Try to align the mark line on the magnet with that on the transmitter during installation.
11. Install them in the opening and closing area separately.

With these instructions, you can successfully set up and use your DW2-Wi-Fi sensor to monitor your doors and windows remotely.

Operation instruction

5. Close the back cover.
   The battery is not included, please purchase it separately.

6. Enter pairing mode
   Long press the pairing button on the transmitter for 5s with the eject pin until the LED indicator flashes, then the device enters the pairing mode.

7. Add the device

Tap “+” and select “Bluetooth connect”, then operate following the prompt on the APP.

Install the device

1. Tear off the protective film of the 3M adhesive.
2. Try to align the mark line on the magnet with that on the transmitter during installation.
3. Install them in the opening and closing area separately.

Make sure the installation gap is less than 5mm when the door or the window is closed.

Features

DW2-Wi-Fi is a Wi-Fi wireless door/window transmitter which triggers the transmitter by separating the magnet for more than 20mm from the transmitter, then the transmitter will send an alarm message and pushes it to APP. You can share the device with your family to check the door/window status together .

Application

Note:

• Do not install outside the door/window.
• Do not install in the unstable position or in the place exposed to rain or moisture.
• Do not install near wiring or magnetic object.
