InCarTec 27-241 Camera Retention Adapter
Product Information
The product is a camera retention adapter designed for use with a steering
wheel control interface 39-FIA-03. It is used to connect the original camera
of a vehicle with an aftermarket radio. The adapter comes with a yellow RCA
plug, which is connected to the reverse camera input of the aftermarket radio.
The product has two terminals, one in yellow and the other in black. The
yellow lead is connected to pin 21 and the black lead is connected to pin 22
of the ISO lead or steering wheel control interface. The original camera
should be pinned to pins 31, 32, and 33 on the male connection from the car.
The wiring colors may vary depending on the vehicle.
The product comes with two images, Image A and Image B, which are used as
references for installation.
Product Usage Instructions
- Check the wiring from the vehicle to ensure that it is correct for this adapter. The original camera should be pinned to pins 31, 32, and 33 on the male connection from the car. Refer to Image A for a visual reference of the wiring.
- Push the terminals of the 27-241 camera retention to the ISO lead or steering wheel control interface. Connect the yellow lead to pin 21 and the black to pin 22. Refer to Image B for a visual reference of the pin numbers on the inside of the connector.
- Connect the ISO lead or steering wheel control interface to the connection in the vehicle.
- Connect the yellow RCA plug to the reverse camera input of the aftermarket radio.
- Connect the reverse wire of the radio to the reverse output of the ISO lead or steering wheel control interface.
- Ensure that the terminals are inserted correctly and fully. They should click into place. The terminals can only be inserted one way, so do not force them in upside down.
Following these instructions correctly will allow for proper installation and use of the camera retention adapter with an aftermarket radio.

Installation Instructions
- Check the wiring from the vehicle is correct for this adapter. The original camera should be pinned to pins 31, 32 and 33 on the male connection from the car, wiring colours may vary. (See image A)
- Push the terminals of the 27-241 camera retention to the ISO lead or steering wheel control interface. Connect the yellow lead to pin 21 and the black to pin 22. (See image B), pin numbers on inside of connector.
- Connect the ISO lead or steering wheel control interface to the connection in the vehicle.
- Connect the yellow RCA plug to the reverse camera input of the after-market radio and connect the reverse wire of the radio to the reverse output of the ISO lead or steering wheel control interface
THE TERMINALS CAN ONLY BE INSERTED ONE WAY. DO NOT FORCE THEM IN UPSIDE DOWN
CHECK THEY ARE FULLY INSERTED. THEY SHOULD CLICK INTO PLACE.
