- Read all instructions and inspect device and all parts before operating. If any damage is found, do not use and contact LEVO support to arrange for examination, repair, or electrical or mechanical adjustment by an authorized service representative.
- We always recommend cleaning LEVO components before using, even for the first use.
- To protect against risk of electrical shock, do not immerse the device in liquid or handle with wet hands.

- Power off and unplug your LEVO when not in use.

SAVE THESE INSTRUCTIONS
To Clean
- DO NOT place the unit or base in the dishwasher.
- Wash only the inside non-stick portion of the unit by hand.
- Be careful to keep water away from other surfaces of the unit.
- The magnetic stirrer is removed from the unit by lifting it straight up. The stirrer can be washed by hand or in the dishwasher

Operation
Use only as intended
- STEP 1: PREPARE THE GUMMY MIXTURE
1. Plug the base module into an outlet
2. Empty up to 1 pouch LEVO gummy mix into the top of the gummy maker and mix in the respective amount of water
3. Secure the top on the unit and seat the gummy maker properly on the base module
4. Press the button on the front to start cycle 1 (heat and stir)
5. Gummy mix will be ready in 14 -15 minutes- STEP 2: ADD INFUSED OIL TO THE GUMMY MIXTURE (optional)
1. Press and hold the button on the front for three seconds to start cycle 2 (stir only)
2. Remove the lid. While the gummy mix is stirring, slowly add the desired amount of infused oil (2 tsp at a time letting the oil fully mix in before adding more)
3. After 1 – 2 minutes your gummy mixture will be ready to be transferred and set in your gummy molds.| Pro tip: Homogenizing oil and water can be difficult. The gummy machine can help! If your infusion is not mixed to your satisfaction, gently mix the infusion by hand with a stir stick then press and hold the button again on the unit to start another stir cycle.
