Product Usage Instructions

• Connect the Dosatron chemical metering pump to the water line using the recommended installation kit.
• Adjust the injector stem up or down to align the index arrows with the desired concentration of the fluid being used.
• When water enters the pump, it triggers the hydraulic motor, which moves up and down inside the body of the pump.
• The plunger, connected to the bottom of the piston, cycles in a vertical stroke as the piston moves up and down.
• In both the up and down stroke, the chemical concentrate is dosed into the moving water stream providing a consistent and repeatable solution.
• The Dosatron chemical metering pump is easy to maintain. Refer to the user manual for maintenance instructions.

Mixing the water and chemical mixture is as easy as 1, 2, 3!

1. When water enters the pump, it triggers the hydraulic motor, which begins moving up and down inside the body of the pump.
2. As the piston moves up and down, the plunger, connected to the bottom, cycles in a vertical stroke.
3. In both the up and down stroke, your chemical concentrate is dosed into the moving water stream providing a consistent and repeatable solution.

Dosatron’s New Mobile Coolant Fill System includes a durable, roto-molded 25-gallon coolant concentrate tank, featuring an onboard Dosatron waterpowered metering pump, a simple garden hose water connection swivel, “no flat” tires, an an EZ fill, gas nozzle style valve, with fill hose.
The system conveniently allows the user to add and adjust coolant concentrations as needed. Mixed coolant is dispensed directly into the machine sump eliminating sloppy bucket filling, spills, slip hazards and back injuries from lifting heavy pails. No more spilled coolant creating a slip hazard!
