Product Information
The JUICEE max is a 10,000mAh emergency battery with a USB-C port, designed to charge multiple devices on the go. It comes with a 1x USB-C input port, 2x USB-A output ports, and a micro-USB input port. The battery can provide up to 6 charges for your devices. The power bank also features a display light that indicates the battery level.
The JUICEE max is manufactured by Urban Factory and complies with the essential requirements and other relevant provisions of Directive 2014/53/EU. The product conforms to the European Low Voltage Directive (Directive LVD 2014/35/EU), EMC (Directive 2014/30/EU), and Regulation 1907/2006 (REACH).
Charging the Power Bank
- Connect the USB-A cable port to a charging device.
- Connect the other end of the cable to the USB-C or the micro-USB input connector of the power bank.
- The power bank will automatically start charging and the current power level will be displayed on the display light.
Note: The power bank is fully charged when all the lights are ON.
Charging Your Devices
- Connect your device to the power bank using an appropriate cable.
- The power bank will automatically start discharging and the power indicator will turn off after 5 seconds.
Note: The power bank can provide up to 6 charges for your devices.
Warnings

Charging instructions
Charge the Powerbank
- Connect the USB-A cable port to a charging device and the other end to the USB-C or the Micro-USB input connector.
- After connecting, the power bank will automatically be charged and the current power level on the battery status indicator will flash.
Storage
If you don’t use the battery
- Recharge the battery to half capacity and keep it in a cool and dry place
- It is recommended to perform a complete charging and discharging every 3 months.
Safety instruction
- Do not throw the battery into fire, it might burn, explode or release toxic gas.
- Do not connect positive and negative poles.
- Do not store the battery with other metallic materials
- Do not open the battery and do not drop it into water, the battery needs to keep dry.
- Stop using the battery if leaking, the heating itself is out of shape, smells, or any abnormal phenomenon.
- Use the battery at room temperature between 10°C and 30°C
- Do not charge with a noncertified device
