MXBAOHENG HQ-2475 Adjustable High Speed Homogenizer
Brief Introduction
The instrument adopts a high-speed thyristor control system, and the Hall element speed measurement adopts an advanced electronic circuit. The digital display is clear and the use is convenient.
Instrument Characteristics
- It adopts internal suction homogenate structure (internal cutting tool) with high speed. It can be used to homogenize, emulsify and extract trace organic compounds, lipid solutes and soluble organic solvents in water between two immiscible liquids.
- All kinds of animal and plant tissues can be homogenized and mixed.
- It can break cell membranes to separate and break DNA strands into small molecules at different speeds.
- It can be used as an agitator at low speed, speed digital display and intuitive reading.

- Motor speed: 6000-22000rpm (Speed digital display, the decimal point means in ten thousands. For example, if the digital display 2.043, it means the speed is 20430rpm.)

Instrument Use
The instrument should be placed on a horizontal working table. The homogenizing head must be in place. When connecting the power supply to the machine, the homogenizing head should be submerged in solution with a cup or utensil filled with the solution. After turning on the power switch, the speed knob should be adjusted slowly to quickly, and there is no obvious metal friction sound. If there is some metal friction sound, please turn off and loosen the 6mm support screw of the head, and then install the head in place, then it can work. Cut the plants or microorganisms that need to be tested into small pieces or pieces, place them in the equipped glassware, clamp them in the middle of magnet bracket (heptaglyph), loosen the 8mm fastening screw of fixed motor base, and slowly move down the utensil, so that the homogenizing head is 2-3mm away from the bottom of the utensil, and tighten the 8mm screw.
Instrument maintenance
After long-time use, PTFE in the tool of high-speed disperser is a vulnerable part for users to replace.

Q: Submersion of the homogenizer probe, should I submerge the first hole on the side as well or leave that open? What should I Not submerge?
A: Submersion of the homogenizer probe, the probe must be submerged exceed the position which is pointed by the red arrow in the following picture. And there are 2 rows holes on the probe, you could submerge the first hole, but please do not submerge the second hole. -
Q: Do I ever need to take homogenizer heads part or serve? If yes, could you provide some guidance as to when and how?
A: For thAe homogenizer head, if it is installed in place, it will not be broken if it does not fall to the ground or hit it, so generally speaking it will not need to be replaced. But just the teflon parts inside the probe will need to be replaced half a year or one year depends on the use condition.
