Overview
TUNAI CarplayGo is a wireless CarPlay adapter that converts the car factory wired Carplay to Wireless. It transmits the certain functions of the mobile phone to the car audio and video system through a wireless connection such as voice assistant, music, radio, audio book, map and message etc. Before using this product, please be sure to turn on the Bluetooth and Wi-Fi functions of your mobile phone, and confirm that your car audio and video system supports the CarPlay function.
Important notes:

Make sure your car is equipped with a built-in Factory CarPlay. TUNAI CarplayGo will not work with car models that do not have a built-in Factory CarPlay. If you are not sure, please check with your car manufacturer for details.

Only iPhone supports CarPlay and is compatible with TUNAI CarplayGo. TUNAI
CarplayGo is not compatible with Ipad, Ipod touch and Android devices. -
Due to safety concerns, CarPlay does not support video or streaming services such as Youtube, Netflix, and Disney+ etc.

Please make sure to turn on your Siri if you wish to use the CarPlay function

If you wish to use the navigation function with CarPlay, please go into the “setting” of your desired navigation app and turn on the “allow location access” function.
User instructions
How to connect with your car’s audio and video system
Please plug in the USB cable of TUNAI CarplayGo to the USB plug in your car.
You can use the USB A to USB C converter that comes with TUNAI CarplayGo if
your car only has a USB
C plug.
Note: Please make sure you connect to the USB plug that supports the
audio functions. For some car models, the USB plug at the back seats only
supports charging, not the audio functions. We suggest that you plug in the
USB plug found near the front seats.
Ways to connect with your phone:
- Wireless connection
After TUNAI CarplayGo is connected to your car audio and video system through USB, please click on the CarPlay function on the car display and turn on the Bluetooth of your mobile phone. You have a choice of trying to connect following the instruction on the car display or trying to establish the connection from your mobile phone.
Establish wireless connection from your phone:
Please turn on the Bluetooth function on your phone, and click on “ SmartBox-
XXXX” in the other devices in your Bluetooth list to establish the connection.
Troubleshooting tips:
If TUNAI CarplayGo is unable to auto reconnect to your phone after you start the car, please try the following steps to troubleshoot the issue:
- Unplug and replug the USB cable of TUNAI Dragonfly to restart TUNAI Dragonfly in order to attempt the connection again
