Product Information
The product complies with part 15 of the FCC rules and has been evaluated to meet general RF exposure requirements. The device can be used in portable exposure conditions without restriction. Any changes or modifications not expressly approved could void the user’s authority to operate the equipment.
Product Usage Instructions
When using the product, please ensure that it does not cause harmful interference to any other devices. Additionally, the product must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause undesired operation. Please do not make any changes or modifications to the product without express approval as this could void your authority to operate the equipment.
HOW TO WEAR C5
Note: Please remove the battery insulator sheet before using the heart rate sensor.
- Snap the sensor into the strap.
- Adjust the strap to fit on your chest snugly, but comfortably.
- Moisten the contact points on the back of the strap with water (a little) or electrode gel to improve conductivity.
- Wrapthelooseendofthe strap around your chest and snap it into place.
- Make sure the electrode area is close to your skin so that the sensor is at the front of your chest.
HR monitor will be activated after properly matching, the LED light will start
to flash, then can connect the device with the MEI LAN bike computer or APP;
if the HR monitor has not been connected for more than 10 seconds, it will
enter the sleep state, need to be reactivated before use.
When the HR monitor is successfully connected by the bike computer or APP, the
LED indicator will show steady light; light off after 20 seconds.
Please replace the new battery in the below conditions:
- The indicator no light.
- HR monitor can’t be searched.
- The heart rate value appears intermittent.

communications. However, there is no guarantee that interference will not
occur in a particular installation. If this equipment does cause harmful
interference to radio or television reception, which can be determined by
turning the equipment off and on, the user is encouraged to try to correct the
interference by one or more of the following measures:
- Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna.
- Increase the separation between the equipment and the receiver.
- Connect the equipment to an outlet on a circuit different from that to which the receiver is connected.
- Consult the dealer or an experienced radio/TV technician for help.
