Features
- Calibration: The Calibration range is 3.0’C~3.0°C/-5.0 F~5.0°F. Press the button and unfold the probe at the same time to enter calibration status. Then LCD screen will show the “CA ” character, short press the button to enter the setting status, and short press the button again to set your calibration value. Or hold and press the button to set your calibration value quickly. The setting value will be saved automatically after 10 seconds.
- LCD Screen (Liquid Crystal Display): Display the measured temperature.
- Auto-on/off: Unfold the probe, the thermometer will be turned on automatically, and it will be turned off when you fold the probe back.
- Auto Restart: If no operation is performed on the device or the measured temperature does not change in 10 minutes, the device will automatic cally shut down to reduce power consumption. If a sudden temperature change is detected, the thermometer will restart. or you can turn the button to turn on it.
Button
HOLD/F/C: Quickly press the button before taking it out from meat or other kinds of food to hold the current temperature reading. Long press for 2 seconds to switch temperature units C or F.
How to install a battery for the thermometer?
Step1: Unscrew the battery cover with a screwdriver.
Step2: Place a battery in the battery tray sideways and make sure that the battery is under the hold-down clamp. Make sure that this side of the battery is facing upwards.
Step3 : Install the battery cover and tighten it with a screwdriver.
Warning
- A Statement to the effect that the battery is hazardous and is to be kept away from children (whether the battery is new or used);
- For Lithium button/coin battery-a statement to the effect that the battery can cause severe or fatal injuries in 2 hours or less if it is swallowed or placed inside any part of e body; Or non-Lithium button/coin battery-a statement to the effect that the battery can cause serious injuries if it is swallowed or placed inside any part of the body;
- Advice to the effect that medical attention should be sought immediately if it is suspected the battery has been swallowed or placed inside any part of the body.

- Connect the equipment into an outlet on a circuit different from that to which the receiver is connected.
- Consult the dealer or an experienced radio/TV technician for help. This equipment complies with FCC radiation exposure limits set forth for an uncontrolled environment. This equipment should be installed and operated with a minimum distance of 20cm between the radiator & your body. This transmitter must not be co-located or operating in conjunction with any other antenna or transmitter.
