Product Information

The HeroPRO Mini CCT, HeroPRO CCT, and HeroPRO XL CCT are LED light fittings that come with different wattage options of 18W, 14W, and 9W. These light fittings come with LED drivers that have an input voltage of 220-240Vac and a frequency of 50/60Hz. The LED drivers have a maximum input current of 0.15A and a maximum output voltage of 70-100VDC with a maximum output current of 180mA. The LED drivers have a power factor of 0.70 and a maximum rated power of 18W. The light fittings can be used with emergency accessories and microwave sensor accessories.

Product Usage Instructions

1. Wiring for Standard Function: Follow the wiring diagram provided in the user manual to install the light fitting with the LED driver.
2. Wiring for Microwave Function – Microwave Sensor Accessory: Follow the wiring diagram provided in the user manual to install the microwave sensor accessory with the light fitting and LED driver.
3. Wiring for Emergency Function – Emergency Accessory: Follow the wiring diagram provided in the user manual to install the emergency accessory with the light fitting and LED driver.
4. Wiring for Emergency function & Microwave Sensor function – Both Accessories: Follow the wiring diagram provided in the user manual to install both the emergency accessory and microwave sensor accessory with the light fitting and LED driver.
5. Stepped Dim Microwave Movement Sensor Function – Only suitable for HeroPRO CCT/HeroPRO XL CCT: Follow the wiring diagram provided in the user manual to install the stepped dim microwave movement sensor accessory with the light fitting and LED driver. If you need to connect the corridor accessory, remove the original driver fixed on the lamp to install the driver of the corridor accessory.
6. Stepped Dim Microwave Movement Sensor Function – Emergency Accessory – Only suitable for HeroPRO CCT/HeroPRO XL CCT: Follow the wiring diagram provided in the user manual to install the stepped dim microwave movement sensor emergency accessory with the light fitting and LED driver. If you need to connect the corridor
   accessory, remove the original driver fixed on the lamp to install the driver of the corridor accessory.

• Install in accordance with the IEE Wiring regulations and current Building egulations.

• If replacing an existing fitting, make a careful note of the connections
• To prevent electrocution switch off at the mains supply before installing or maintaining this fitting. Ensure other persons cannot restore the electrical supply without your knowledge.
• Waste electrical products should not be disposed of with household waste. Please recycle where facilities exist. Check with your local authority or retailer for recycling advice
  • These Plug and Play accessories for the HeroPRO series (HeroPRO Mini CCT / HeroPRO CCT / HeroPRO XL CCT).
  • HeroPRO series lamps will be extended with new functions by using with different accessories.
  • Installation and Wire refer to the corresponding wiring diagram according to your existing light fitting and purchased accessories

Installation for HeroPRO Mini CCT / HeroPRO CCT / HeroPRO XL CCT

1. Remove the SL cable on the terminal block to connect it to the L ‘ of the microwave sensor first, then remove the N cable to connect it to the N of OUTPUT terminal on the microwave sensor.
2. Fix the microwave sensor to the back of the LED board in place.
3. Insert the L cable of the microwave sesor into the SL of the terminal block, and the N cable into the N terminal of the terminal block.
4. MW settings can be adjusted either before or after the MW kit installation.

Installation HeroPRO Mini CCT / HeroPRO CCT / HeroPRO XL CCT

1. Undo the screw to open the battery cover and conect the battery terminal. Then refit the battery cover and screw fix.
2. Fix the EM kit to the back of LED board in place.
3. Connect the EM kit terminal to the terminal of LED board.
4. Connect L of EM kit to PL of terminal block in back of LED board and N to N.
5. Insert the indicator light into the indicator light hole of LED board

**Installation in HeroPRO CCT range

**

1. Remove the 5 cables (L , N, W-, V+, G-) from the drive fixed on the LED board.
2. Press down the clip on the LED panel with a screwdriver to remove the drive cover fixed on the LED board, then remove driver integrated board.
3. Installation of corridor microwave drive (corridor sensor & new driver integrated board) and reclip the driver cover removed in step2 to the LED board in place.
4. Connect the 5 cables to the new drive (L, N, W-, V+, G-).
5. Corridor sensor settings can be adjusted either before or after corridor kit installation.

Installation in HeroPRO XL CCT range

1. Remove the 5 cables from the drive fixed on the light (L , N, W-, V+, G-).
2. Undo the screws fixed on both side to remove the original drive fixed on the light.
3. Undo the two screws fixed on the LED board to remove the microwave bracket to show the screw holes for installing the corridor sensor.
4. Install the 103943 HeroPRO XL corridor kit (corridor sensor & new driver) into the LED board.
5. Connect the 5 cables to the new drive (L , N, W-, V+, G-).
6. Corridor sensor settings can be adjusted either before or after corridor kit installation

Care and Safety

We recommend cleaning with a soft dry cloth. Do not use solvents or abrasive cleaners as these could damage the finish. For your safety, always switch off the power supply before cleaning.
