INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
- CHECK OIL. ENGINE SHIPPED WITHOUT OIL.
- CHECK GAS. ADD AS NEEDED.
- CONNECT THE GARDEN HOSE TO THE HOSE BIBB AND TO THE PRESSURE WASHER WATER INLET. TURN WATER FULLY ON.
- AFTER THE HIGH PRESSURE HOSE IS CONNECTED, PULL SPRAY GUN TRIGGER FOR ABOUT 1 MIN. TO PURGE ALL AIR BEFORE STARTING THE ENGINE.
- REPLACE RED SHIPPING PLUG WITH THE SUPPLIED YELLOW DIPSTICK.
- TURN ENGINE SWITCH ON. SLIDE FUEL VALVE TO ON POSITION.
- SLIDE THE CHOKE TO THE “START” POSITION (SKIP THIS CHOKE STEP IF ENGINE IS WARM)
- WHEN STARTING ENGINE, PULL CORD SLOWLY UNTIL RESISTANCE IS FELT, AND THEN PULL RAPIDLY TO AVOID KICKBACK.
- SLIDE TO RUN POSITION AS THE ENGINE IS WARM ENOUGH TO RUN.
- AFTER EACH STARTING ATTEMPT, WHEN ENGINE FAILS TO RUN, ALWAYS POINT GUN IN A SAFE DIRECTION AND SQUEEZE SPRAY GUN TRIGGER TO RELEASE HIGH PRESSURE.
- TURN ENGINE OFF:
TURN THE SWITCH TO “OFF” POSITION, TURN FUEL VALVE TO OFF. ONCE ENGINE IS OFF POINT THE GUN IN A SAFE 1 DIRECTION, AND SQUEEZE THE GUN ON TRIGGER TO RELEASE RETAINED WATER PRESSURE. ENGAGE TRIGGER LOCK WHEN NOT IN USE.

Risk of explosion. Fuel and its vapors are extremely flammable and explosive. DO NOT spray flammable liquids. Hot parts and exhaust gases can exceed 150 °F and cause burns. DO NOT touch hot parts and AVOID engine exhaust path. Rapid retraction of starter cord (kickback) will pull hand and arm toward engine faster than you can let go. Injury could result.
The Spray gun kicks back – Hold firmly with two hands. Risk of liquid injection. Never spray humans or animals, as injury could result. Spray gun traps high water pressure, even when engine is stopped and water is disconnected. ALWAYS point gun in safe direction and squeeze spray gun trigger to release high pressure every time you stop engine. Engage trigger lock when the pressure washer is not in use. Risk of eye injury. Spray can propel objects. Always use caution wear safety goggles with side shields.Risk of electrocution. Never spray water on any electric power sources.
