perenio PEHPL04 Power Link WiFi Power Plug

The PEHPL01PEHPL04 Power Link is a smart plug that allows you to control the power supply to your devices remotely using your mobile application. It comes in two colors, white for PEHPL01/PEHPL03 and black for PEHPL02/PEHPL04. It can be integrated with Perenio Smart3 app, Apple HomeKit4 app, and Google Home5 app.

Scope of Supply

The Power Link device comes with a Power Plug and a Quick Start Guide in multiple languages including EN, RU, BG, CS, DE, ES, FR, EL, IT, KK, LT, LV, NL, NO, PL, RO, SV, SK, TR, and UK.

Warranty

The Power Link device comes with a 2-year warranty and a service life of 2 years.

Installation and Configuration

  1. Unpack the Power Link device and plug it into the mains socket. Push the Power Button and wait until the LED flashes green to power on the device.
  2. Activate the device in the Perenio Smart3 app or the Apple HomeKit4 app and add it to Google Home5 app if required.
  3. Set timers and/or create operating scenarios in the mobile application.

Safety Operation Rules

The device may only be connected to the power supply if the main voltage matches the value in the device specification. The device must be connected directly to the mains socket and not to other plugged-in smart plugs. Do not drop, throw or disassemble the device or attempt to repair it on your own. Do not use it in case of visible damage or defects.

Troubleshooting

  1. If the LED does not light up, check that the device is plugged in and powered on. Otherwise, contact the support team.
  2. If timer settings disappeared, reset to factory settings was performed. Reconfigure the smart plug.
  3. If the Power Link device changes status to offline unexpectedly, there might be a power supply failure or the smart plug is out of the Zigbee/Bluetooth coverage.
  4. If you want to switch the Power Link device to the MFi Mode, press and hold the Reset Button of the smart plug until its LED lights up.
  5.  The LED does not light up: Check that the device is plugged in and powered on, otherwise contact our Support.
  6.  Timer settings disappeared: Reset to factory settings was performed. Reconfigure the smart plug.
  7. The Power Link device changes status to “offline” unexpectedly: Power supply failure, or the smart plug is out of the Zigbee/Bluetooth coverage.

  3.  Make sure that the Perenio® Control Gateway or the IoT Router was pre-installed and connected to the network via Wi-Fi/Ethernet cable. Log in to your user account, click on the “+” icon and follow connection tips specified on the screen.

  4. The Power Link device must be switched to the MFi Mode, so press and hold the Reset Button of the smart plug until its LED Indicator starts blinking fast. Wait for the LED Indicator to stop blinking and flash blue.
