The most effective way to use the device is in rooms with no air circulation at an ambient temperature of +25°C. The device must be installed a minimum of 1.8 m away from plastic and rubber materials such as flexible duct, wire insulation, filters, etc., because the UVC light may damage them. Otherwise, such materials must be protected from direct UVC light using aluminum foil tape. It is forbidden to operate the device if any part of the device is damaged or cracked. The device shall not be installed rooftop or outdoors, or near water including humidifiers. The device shall be kept away from direct sunlight, moisture, and vibration. It is recommended to replace the UV tube once a year notwithstanding its good condition. Prior to powering on the device, the UV tube shall be cleaned with a cotton cloth to remove dirt and fingerprints,  otherwise, it may shorten the UV tube lifespan. It is not allowed to use any detergents to clean any part of the device. If the UV tube is broken, all particles shall be swept into a plastic bag, sealed, and disposed of properly, because the device contains mercury.  Do not use a vacuum cleaner to pick up the waste and glass particles. Contact your local waste collection agency for proper disposal procedures. Keep children away from the device, because it may emit a light attractive to them. Serious injury and electrocution might be possible. This device is intended to be operated by adults only.
