Product Information
The A10_L is a tablet device that comes with various features such as file management, equipment operation interface, and basic settings. It has a built- in type polymer battery and requires a standard adaptor with power supply DC 5V 2A for charging. The tablet has a touch panel and a notification bar that displays battery, battery charge icons, current time, and settings menu.
Attention:
- Please don’t be in high temperature, moisture or very dust place
- Avoid fall or Violent collision of the device, don’t make the display screen were violent tremor, this could cause display screen abnormal or damage.
- please charge in the following condition,
- The battery power icons show have no power
- The system automatically shut off, startup after power off soon
- Operation buttons no response
- The device on the top right corner show red icons When the device in the format or ongoing upload and download file, please don’t suddenly disconnect, this could cause application error.
- Don’t disassemble the product, don’t use alcohol. Thinner or benzene to scrubbing products.

Attention
Do not expose the device to high temperature, moisture, or dust. Avoid falling or violent collision of the device and do not make the display screen tremble violently as it can cause display screen abnormalities or damage. Charge the device in the following conditions: the battery power icons show no power, the system automatically shut off, startup after power off soon, or the device on the top right corner show red icons. Do not suddenly disconnect the device during format or ongoing upload and download file as it can cause application error. Do not disassemble the product or use alcohol, thinner, or benzene to scrub the product.

First Use
Battery management and charge
Before first use, charge the device’s battery to 100%. For the first two times
charging, keep it charging for about 6 hours, after which you just need to
leave it charging for 4 hours or until fully charged. Use a standard adaptor
with power supply DC 5V 2A for charging.
Attention : This tablet uses Built-in type polymer battery, Charge must
be to choose standard adaptor(Adaptor: power supply: DC 5V 2A, adaptor
technical data: input AC100-240V,50/60Hz, DC5V 2A)
Connection with PC
To connect with PC, use a USB cable. Turn on the device and click USB connection window on the notification bar. Then turn on Transfer Files to connect to PC. In load mode, you can copy or delete files on the device and memory card.
Into the load mode, you can copy; delete the file on the device and the file on the memory card.
Equipment Operation Interface
Main Interface Describe
After startup, the device will enter the main interface. In the main interface, you can manage the main interface software icons by long-pressing the icons for 3 seconds, after which the icon will get bigger, allowing you to drag it anywhere in the interface. To delete icons, long-press the icon for 3 seconds, drag the icons to the Recycle Bin icon, and let go of the icon. To change wallpaper, enter Settings > Display > Wallpapers.
Status Bar Describe
The top right of the device displays the battery, battery charge icons, current time, and Settings menu.
Use Touch Panel
No matter which interface you are in, you can go back to the main screen by pressing the soft key on the bottom middle corner of the main screen. In different applications, by tapping the back soft key on the bottom middle corner on the touch screen, you can return to its previous interface.
Equipment Basic Setting
Click setting icons to enter the setting interfaces and adjust sound volume, application, reset option, storage, language and keyboard, data and time setting, and about tablet.

A. Enter “Settings” > ”Apps & Notifications” And then there will be App
list.
B. Select the one you want to uninstall, it will enter the following
interface.
C. Click Uninstall, then you can delete the application.
Reset Options
Please enter “Settings” > “System” > “Reset Options”.
Storage
Remove SD card ,to view of the available storage space.
Remark : please touch option” delete SD card”, so that can safety to remove SD card.
Language & keyboard
Setting : (Language), text input and automatic error correction options;
Select Language: 54 kind of national languages are available
Date & time setting
Set date, set time, select time zone and select date format
About Tablet
Please enter “Setting” > “System”>“About Tablet”
File Manager
This Tablet can support Android APP in market by third party, most Apps can
install in the network, can copy to NAND FLASH or SD card. Click “Files Go”
APP to open, then you can check Apps, Images, Videos, Audio and Documents.
Problem solution
Device can’t open
A. Check the battery power
B. Connect adaptor first, then check again
C. Press the “reset” key first, the press “power” key
D. After charging then can’t to open, please contact with the supplier.
Device shut down after start up
After startup the screen or the Power On Image appears, the device appear
shutdown: Power is not enough, please charge
Headset can’t hear the voice
A. Please check the volume whether set to 0
B. Check if the music file is damaged. Try playing another audio file.
C. If the file has been damaged it may lead to serious noise or popping
sounds.
Can’t copy file or play music, etc.…
A. Please check if the computer and device are correct connected
B. check if the memory storage space is full
C. check if the USB cable is good or not
D. USB connection is disconnected
