SJF01 Smart Jump Rope Freedom
Thank you for purchasing this product, please read the manual carefully before use to ensure correct operation. Please keep the user manual in a safe place for future reference. This manual should be included when you sell the device to others.
Screen display
Count/Time:
- When four digits are displayed it is the number of times currently completed or remaining.
- When the “:” symbol is displayed in the middle of the value, it is the current jump time or the time remaining in the countdown.
Mode:
- According to the selected mode, the corresponding logo, free jump, number countdown, time countdown are displayed.
Bluetooth:
- Brightens when Bluetooth is connected to the APP.
Low power/charge indicator
- Low battery indicator: when the battery is too low, the red light turns on for 35 minutes and then switches off.
- Charging indicator: red light flashes when charging. When charging is complete, the white light is always on.
- There will be no display when the power is normal.
- After the display light is turned on, if there is no operation on the jump rope, it will turn off after 30 seconds.
- In standby, the indicators will turn on if the following operations are performed: switch on, charging, Bluetooth connection and operation, key operation, jump rope re-working,
Buttons and function descriptions
Power on and off
- Power on: In the off state, short press the button to power on.
- Power off: In the power on state, press and hold the button for 3 seconds to shut down; In the standby state, if there is no operation (including turning and Bluetooth operation), it will automatically shut down after 2 and a half minutes.
Mode switching and status descriptions

The default mode is the last used mode when booting up. Short press the button to switch modes to switch between free jump, number countdown and time countdown in turn.

In the exercise and pause state, first double-click the button to return to the initial state, and then click the button to switch modes.

Free jump: no target, simultaneous recording of jumps and time until manual operation stops or automatic switch-off.
The number of jumps and the time are displayed alternately on the screen. -
Number Countdown: Start counting down and timing from the set count until the count becomes 0 and the timer stops increasing.

Time Countdown: Start counting down and counting from the set time until the timer becomes 0 and the count stops increasing.

Pause: In the exercise state, click the button to pause the exercise, and click the button to switch to view the time and times. In the pause state, the skipping rope can be turned 3 times to return to the exercise state.

The default values for countdown can be modified via the PICOOC Rap app.

Clear: When exercising and pausing, quickly double-click the button to end the current exercise and reset back to the initial state of the current mode.
Notes Warnings:
- This product has a built-in rechargeable battery, do not disassemble, drop, impact, crush or modify the battery.
- Do not insert foreign objects or puncture the battery.
- Do notimmerse the battery in water or other liquids.
- It is forbidden to place the battery in a high-temperature environment to avoid internal short-circuiting and overheating, leakage of liquid and fire or explosion.
- This product is not waterproof, do not get wet when cleaning and using, and can be wiped with a dry cloth when cleaning.
- Avoid charging this product in humid environments.
- Please plug and unplug carefully when charging to avoid product damage.
- It is normal that the handle of the product may become slightly warm when charging.
- Inthe handle is hot during charging, please cut off the power immediately and contact the product after-sales service for help.
- If damage is found to this product, stop using it immediately.
- Please dispose of this device, battery and other accessories according to local regulations and do not dispose of them as household waste. Improper handling of the battery may cause the battery to explode.
- To maintain optimum battery performance, it is recommended to charge the battery at least once a month.
Safe use
- Please carefully assess your physical condition before jumping rope, do a good warm-up exercise, and avoid causing injury to your body.
- Please choose a lawn, wooden floor and plastic field with moderate hardness and softness, and do not jump rope on rough cement floor, otherwise it will affect the service life of the jump rope.
- When jumping rope, please wear sneakers that can help absorb shocks, which can better protect the ankles, soles and other body parts to avoid injury.
- After exercising, please do stretching exercises, especially the stretching of the legs, to avoid damage to the body.
- Please try to choose an open space to avoid hurting others.
