Safety Precautions
Caution
This product is not suitable for those who lack the necessary experience and knowledge, such as people with physical disabilities or mental illness. This product is recommended for users aged 12 and above. It is not recommended that children under the age of 12 use this product, bu t if necessary please do so under the supervision and guidance of a guardian.
If you have recently received oral or periodontal surgery (straightening, fillings, implants, etc. ) or are in the treatment stage and you need to use this product, please consult a professional dentist before use.
If you are experiencing the following symptoms and you need to use this product, please consult a professional dentist before use.
- Severe periodontal disease
- Loose dentures
- Excessive bleeding from gums
- Oral sensitivity
- Other symptoms that may cause damage to your teeth or oral cavity as a result of brushing
If you have a medical device such as a pacemaker and you want to use this product, please consult your doctor or the relevant medical device manufacturer before use.
This product has a built-in rechargeable battery. Do not throw this product into the fire or expose it to the sun, otherwise it may cause battery leakage in the battery that can lead to the battery overheating or exploding.
If you find that the internal rechargeable battery of this product is leaking, stop use immediately and contact our product after-sales service for assistance.
- Do not use this product while charging.
- Avoid charging this product in a humid environment.
- The handle of this product may heat up slightly during charging, which is normal.
If you find the handle is hot while charging, cut off the power immediately and contact our product after-sales service for assistance.
Do not charge this product for a long time without supervision. Do not charge for more than 24 hours at a time. If you do not use it for an extended period, charge it fully at least once every six months.
Refrain from dropping this product or subjecting it to shocks.

- Do not place the charging cable provided with this product in a humid environment or in water.
- Do not modify or repair this product yourself.
- This product can only be used with exclusive PICOOC brush heads, and PICOOC will not bear any consequences of using non-PICOOC certified brush heads.
If you discover that this product is found to be damaged, stop using it immediately.
This product is only to be used to clean your teeth and tongue, or to massage your gums. Do not use it for other purposes.
This product is for personal cleaning only, and we do not recommend using it in medical clinics or institutions for medical purposes.
To ensure the health of your teeth and oral cavity, avoid sharing the device with multiple users at the same time.
When using this product for the first time, the high-speed oscillations of the brush may cause irritation or tingling. Do not worry.
This is a normal phenomenon, and the feeling will gradually fade and disappear with continuous use.

Correct Usage
Battery Status and Charging
- When battery power is low, the battery indicator light will flash for 3 seconds after the brush is used. Please charge before the battery is completely depleted.
- If the battery is not promptly charged after it is depleted, it can cause irreversible damage to the battery and affect its performance.
- The charging port is located at the bottom of the brush handle. When charging, please open the charging port cover and use the supplied USB Type-C charging cable. Charging Port
- The battery indicator on the handle will slowly flash green while charging.
- When the battery is fully charged, the battery indicator on the handle will stay green.
Correct Usage
Brush Head Installation
After alignment, insert the rotating shaft into the lower hole.
When installing the brush head, align the front end of the brush with the front side of the handle, insert the drive shaft into the lower hole of the brush head, and push gently.
There will be a 0.5mm-1mm gap between the bottom of the brush head and the upper end of the handle when it is correctly installed.
Please use exclusive PICOOC brush heads. Damage to the brush head can occur with use, so we recommend replacing the exclusive brush head every three months to avoid damage to your oral cavity and teeth.

- Activation: Press the power button to power on and start brushing;
- Deactivation: After the brush is turned on, it will automatically shutdown after completing the designated brushing procedure; you can also hold down the power button while brushing to shutdown;
- Switch Mode: While brushing, press the Switch button to switch to the next brushing mode;
- AI Smart Mode: The initial mode is the standard AI Mode, which you can set to be more effective using the app;
- Standard Cleaning Mode: Use the Standard Mode to clean your teeth and oral cavity;
- Sensitive mode: Certain protections during cleaning to reduce damage to your teeth and oral cavity;
- Whitening mode: Deeper cleaning of your teeth and stains in the oral cavity.
Correct Brushing Method
Clean each area with the brush at a 45° angle to your teeth.
Do not press hard while brushing, just make sure that the brush is in contact with the surface.
The default brushing time is 2 minutes, with vibrating reminders every 30 seconds. Brushing time can be set to 4 different options through the app, 120 seconds, 150 seconds, 210 seconds, and 240 seconds.
Sensor Correction
If you think the toothbrush area detection is incorrect or find abnormal app data, please correct the sensor according to the prompts in the app’s toothbrush settings.
Cleaning and Storage
Cleaning
After each use, rinse the brush and brush head with clean water, dry them, and lay on a flat surface or in a cup. If you want to lay the brush on a flat surface, keep the bristles upward and not touching the flat surface. Remove the brush head regularly to clean the drive shaft area. When cleaning the brush, ensure that the handle charging protection cover is tightly closed to avoid water damage to the toothbrush.
Travel
When you take the brush with you, use a USB Type-C charging connector and adapter that meet the charging standards, and do not use equipment of unknown providence or quality assurance to charge the brush in order to avoid damage to the battery or brush, potentially overheating and exploding. When traveling, take off the brush head and put on the brush head protective cover, and properly store the brush head to avoid contamination. Pay attention to the position of the switch when placing it, to avoid being pressure causing accidental activation.
Connect App
You can adjust the settings for this product through the app for more effective brushing (You can set the AI Smart Mode in the brushing mode through the app for better results). Scan the QR code to download the app.
Follow the instructions after registering an account.
If you have an account, you can select “My – My Toothbrush” in the app, select the “+” sign on the upper right, and follow the instructions.
The exact method of connecting the device may be updated due to app upgrades, so please refer to the latest version.

This product uses a rechargeable lithium battery; if you wish to discard this product, please send it to a battery recycling agency/area designated by the government, or contact our product after-sales service for assistance.
