Measuring Instructions
Mesurement error may be larger for the following users:

Growing children

Elderly people
-
Fever patients due to cold and other reasons

Osteoporotic patients with very low bone mineral density

Edema patients
-
Artificial dialysis patients
-
People who are involved with fitness or sports (or similar activities)
Please avoid using the scale in the following situations, as far as possible: -
After strenuous exercise

After sauna or a bath
-
After heavy drinking
-
After ingesting signficant food and/or water
Other measurements

Light object weighing
Pressing the scale surface until the LED screen display 0.00, place the object on the scale and the LED screen would display its weight (measurement range: 200 g to 10 kg) -
Heart rate measurement
Keep measuring posture for a few seconds after measuring body fat, LED screen will show resting heart rate value (measurement range: 40-125 beats/min) -
Balance ability test
Please follow the operation guide and particularly be sure to comply with the safety precautions in the app
