IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
REMOVE ALL PACKING MATERIALS FROM THIS PRODUCT BEFORE USING IT. THIS APPLIANCE MUST BE INSTALLAED BY A QUALIFIED TECHNICIAN. PLEASE ENSURE THE ELECTRICITY SUPPLY TO THE APPLIANCE IS DISCONNECTED BEFORE INSTALLING. Please read this instruction carefully. It is advisable to keep this instruction manual in a safe place for future reference.
- Keep this appliance out of reach of children. Close supervision is necessary when the appliance is operating near children or infirm persons.
- This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning the usage of this appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
- Do not operate the appliance with damaged power cord or plug. after the appliance malfunctions, or if it was dropped or damaged in any manner. Kindly contact the nearest authorized dealer or after-sales service center for examinations, repairs, electrical or mechanical adjustments.
WARNING- to reduce the risk of fire, electrical shock or injury to persons or property.please read and follow below instructions carefully.
- The ceiling fan must be hooked on concrete ceiling. Do not install on plaster ceiling or any type of drywall ceilings. During installation, all screws must be tightened at all ailocated parts.
- Always operate the product from a power source of the same voltage, frequency and rating as indicated on the product identification marking.
- Always switch off when not in use, before assembling or disassembling parts and before cleaning. Assemble the product completely before operating
- Avoid continuous exposure towards direct wind flow from the ceiling fan, it may cause discomfort.
- Do not hang on to the ceiling fan as it will cause the fan to drop and cause injuries.
- Do not sprinkle water to the ceiling fan or do not wet the ceiling fan. Fire, explosion, short circuit and electrical shock can occur.
- This product should not be installed in a wet and high humidity area such as shower room. In the event of electrical current leakage, electrical shock and fire can easily occur.
- This product should not be installed in the immediate vicinity of open flame or other heating appliances where the likelihood of burning or high heat could occur.
- This product should not be installed at oily places. Fire, explosion, short circuit and electrical shock can occur.
- Avoid contact with moving parts. Do not touch the ceiling fan blades with any objects when the ceiling fan is spinning.
- Do not install the ceiling fan at places where there is high vibration and impact. The possibility of ceiling tan dropping is high and will cause injury.
- Do not operate it for purposes other than its intended use.
- Always disconnect the product when relocating it.
- The ceiling fan must be mounted above 2.5m from the floor and at least 1m from the wall to the fan blade.
To avoid injuries caused to users or any damage to properties, please follow all the symbols with explanations written below.

INSTALLATION GUIDE
Remove all the packaging materials from the box and ensure all components and parts are complete.
ASSEMBLY OF FAN

Assemble the pulley, hook and pipe together as shown in the figure.
WARNING: Do not use a modified pipe and ensure the hook is attached securely to the pipe. This is to prevent ceiling fan drops and injuries. -
Slip the upper and lower canopies to the pipe.

Pass the cord and safety wire through the pipe and insert the cord spring. Remove the safety wire screw from motor shaft.

Place the cap on to the motor shaft. Proceed to assemble the pipe with the motor shaft and secure them in place using the bolt, plain washer, spring washer, nut and cotter pin. Complete the assembly by bending the cotter pin.

Connect the pipe cords to the motor terminal.

Secure the cord as shown in the figure using in sulock tie.

Assemble the fan blades on to the motor and secure it firmly in place with the two blade screws. Repeat until all fan blades are assembled.
SUSPENSION OF FAN
- Ceiling fan must be mounted above 2.5m from the floor and at least 1m from the wall to the blade.
- Can cause injury if hit by blades.
- Ensure the ceiling hook is able to support at least 20 times the ceiling fan weight.
- Can cause unstable air flow and afect ceiling fan to wobble.
INSTALLATION OF SAFETY WIRE

Arrange and tie the safety wire as shown above.

Ensure the safety wire is securely fixed onto the hanging hook. Tighten the safety wire screw onto the pipe.
INSTALLATION OF CANOPY
- With approximately 5mm distance from the ceiling, secure the upper canopy by tightening the screw.
- With approximately 7mm distance from the fan motor, secure the lower canopy by tightening the screw.
CONNECTION OF POWER SUPPLY
- This product is not provided with a cord and plug or any means of disconnection from the supply. To connect or replace the power cord or lead wire, ensure that it is done by a qualified personnel in order to avoid any hazards. Please use 227IEC53(RVV) or thickness of tube is 1mm or above. (Other requirements such as diameter of lead wire, please use according to the country’s wiring regulation).
INSTALLATION OF REGULATOR
- Mount the regulator base on to the wall with screws.
- Remove the regulator cover by loosening the screw. Insert the live wire from the wall through the hole of the base.
- Connect the wires according to the circuit diagram above.
- Reassemble the front cover to the base by tightening the screw.
FINAL CONFIRMATION
- Measure the distance using a measuring tape.
- Ensure that all the blades are of equal distance from the ceiling to the blade tip (within 1mm tolerance)
- Ensure that the screws, bolts and nuts are firm.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Conduct checking on the fan condition at least once per year.
- If any problem occurs, stop using the fan immediately and refer to the nearest authorized dealer or after-sales service center for examinations, repairs, electrical or mechanical adjustments.
- Keep the fan clean regularly. Wipe away dirt with a clean soft cloth, mild soap and water. Ensure it is dry by wiping again. Do not use solvents (gasoline or petrol)
- Do not paint the blades. If damaged, order a brand new set of Blades (3 pieces) from the nearest authorized dealer or after-sales service center.
