Congratulations on your purchase of the Marvel Undercounter Refrigeration,
Model MLCP215-IS81A. This product is the industry’s quietest clear ice machine
with the best ice clarity and purity.
Warranty Information
Your new investment is protected by a limited warranty for the first year, and hermetically sealed refrigeration system parts are covered for an additional 4 years. It is important to register your product warranty after taking delivery of your appliance. Register online at www.marvelrefrigeration.com. You will need the following information when registering your appliance:
- Serial Number
- Date of Purchase
- Dealer’s name and address
The serial number can be found on the serial plate which is located inside the cabinet on the left side near the top.
Installation Information
Integrated Panel Dimensions
The dimensions of the integrated panel for a 15 (38.1 cm) wide appliance
are as follows:

Integrated Panel Installation
The integrated panel for a 5/8 (1.6 cm) or 3/4 (1.9 cm) panel should have a
width of 14 5/8 (37.1 cm) and a height of 29 21/32 (75.3 cm).

Please refer to the installation section in the user manual for detailed
installation instructions.

Warranty Registration

INTEGRATED PANEL DIMENSIONS
NOTE
- Panel thickness may be 5/8″ or 3/4″
- Center the unit in the 24″ opening
- If the hinge side of the product is pressed against the adjacent cabinet, use a 5/8″ thick panel
- The window cutout is for glass door models only
- Do not use a solid door panel on a glass door model

INTEGRATED PANEL INSTALLATION
Panel Installation
- 5/8″ (1.6 cm) or 3/4″ (1.9 cm) panel
- 14 5/8 (37.1 cm) width
- 29 21/32″ (75.3 cm) height

Fully open door.
-
Starting at a corner, pull the gasket away from the door.
-
Continue to pull the gasket free from the gasket channel.

Upon removal, lay the gasket down on a flat surface.

Align the top of the panel with the top edge of the door. The center panel on the door.
NOTE
Due to differences in floor construction or surrounding cabinetry, the panel may not sit flush with the top of the door. -
Secure integrated panel to door using clamps. A robust tape may also be used. Marvel recommends the use of bar clamps to secure the panel to the door. If using tape, be certain the tape will not damage the panel finish upon removal.

Using a 7/64″ (3 mm) drill bit, drill 6 pilot holes into the wood panel 1/2″ (12 mm) deep using the holes in the door frame as a guide.
NOTE
It is important to ensure that all drilled holes are drilled to the correct depth in order to avoid splits in the wood when hardwood is installed. -
Locate 6 of the #6x 1-1/2″ (38 mm) screws provided with your unit.

Using a Phillips screwdriver, place one screw into each of the 6 pilot holes and screw down. Do not overtighten screws.

Ensure the screws sit flush against the bottom of the channel.

Remove clamps from the door.
NOTE
If the panel requires additional adjustment after removing the clamps, slightly loosen each screw and adjust the panel as necessary. Tighten screws upon completion. -
Starting at the corners, re-install the gasket into the gasket channel in the frame. Make sure the gasket is fully seated.
