Product Introduction

Product Usage Instructions:
Manual Feeding:
To manually dispense food, click the Manual Button two times to dispense 2
servings of grain.
Device Untethering
To untether the device, long press the Manual Button for 7 seconds.
Indicator Light Status:
- White flashing: network unpaired
- White on: device functioning
- Yellow on: lack of grain
- Red on: grain stuck or device error
- Red flashing: battery low
FAQ
Q: How do I activate the child lock feature?
To activate the child lock, enable it on the device control page within the
app. Once activated, the Manual Button on the device will be locked.

Before using this product, please read the instructions in this manual thoroughly.
Warning
- Please use this device indoor. Do NOT place it under direct sunlight. Please keep away from fire sources.
- Do NOT put objects or items other from pet food into the barrel in case of device error or mistaken by pet.
- Please make sure the power cord is in place and will not be trampled, tripped, bite or damaged to avoid electric shock and other emergencies.
- The device body is NOT to be washed or soaked by water.
- This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved.
- Children shall not play with the appliance.
- Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children without supervision.
- This appliance must only be supplied at safety extra low voltage corresponding to the marking on the appliance.
Attention
The device is suggested to be placed at a corner or against a wall to avoid
tackled by pet.
- Do NOT disassemble, modify or repair this product by your own, otherwise all warranty and service rights will be waived.
- This product is suitable for dry pet food up to 16mm in diameter.
- Do NOT put in wet food so as not to cause blocking of the outlet channel or component damage.
- Shape and density of pet food may effect the actual capacity of the barrel; The amount of grain of each serving may vary from different grain densities.
- If there is any travel arrangement, please install dry batteries into the product in advance in case any power failure at home happens when you are away.

adjustments. Please refer to the actual items for accuracy.
Instruction
Connect the power adapter
Connect the power adapter to the power interface at the bottom of the device,
then plug it into the socket.Once you hear a short beep, the device has been
successfully powered on.
Network configuration

Scan the QR code shown in the illustration, or search for “Dipet life” on the App Store/Google Play Store to download the app and register/login.

Connect your phone to a 2.4GHz WiFi network; 5GHz frequency band and WiFi networks requiring special authentica-tion (such as those in hotels or airports) are not supported. (Please note to avoid special characters in the WiFi name to prevent interference during network configuration.)

Open the “Dipet life” app, bring your phone close to the device, and follow the app’s prompts to search for and add the device. Then, proceed with the network configuration process as guided on the interface. Scan the QR code in the illustration for a tutorial. Please ensure that your phone’s Bluetooth and location permissions are enabled.

Once the network configuration is successful, the device indicator light will be solid white. If the network configuration fails, please patiently retry the process. Double-check if the WiFi password is entered correctly, and if the issue persists after multiple attempts, please contact customer support for assistance.

After completing the above steps, the relevant functions of the smart feeder can be used normally. For more
app-based remote interaction and visual features, make sure the device is connected to the network first and then experience them on the app.
Manual Feed Dispensing
Rapidly press the device’s Manual Button twice, and the device will dispense 2
servings of feed.
Child Lock
Activation: Enable the child lock on the device control page within the
app. Once activated, the device’s Manual Button will be locked.
Deactivation: After powering off the device and turning it back on, the device’s Manual Button will be unlocked. Alternatively, deactivate the child lock on the device control page within the app. Once deactivated, the device’s Manual Button will be unlocked.
Battery Replacement
Open the bottom battery cover and replace with four new AAA batteries.
Dessicant Replacement
- Open the desiccant box and remove the used desiccant packet.
- Take a new desiccant packet and place it inside the box. Cover the box and put the top cover back in place.
- It is recommended to replace the desiccant packet every 1-3 months.
Pet Food Addition
- The device will automatically check if there is enough pet feed in the storage barrel. If it’s insufficient, the indicator light will stay orange.
- Open the top cover to add pet feed to the storage barrel.
Maintenance

Cleaning of Stainless Steel Rarrell
The stainless steel barrel can be removed for wiping or washing with water. After air-drying, it can be placed back for use. -
Cleaning of Feed Bowl
Due to the attachment of food residues leading to bacterial growth, we recommend cleaning the feed bowl once every 3 days. After removing the feed bowl, wipe or wash it with water, let it air-dry, and then put it back for use .

The following conditions are not covered by the warranty:
- Any malfunction or defect caused by improper use of environment or conditions;
- Any fault or defect caused by improper installation, misuse, unauthorized maintenance, force majeure events, or other external reasons;
- Any fault or defect caused by the use of non-original fittings or accessories;
- The product has exceeded the warranty period;
- Other failures or damages caused by none of the product design, technology, manufacturing process, or quality problems;
- Normal fading, wear and tear, or consumption during the use of the product;
- Not able to provide a valid purchase certificate.
