UNIT OVERVIEW

Overview

CAUTION

  • Use this equipment only as described in this manual. Use only the manufacturer’s recommended attachments.
  • Read, understand and follow Safety Instructions in the front pages of this manual and on product safety labels.

NOT FOR USE WITH HIGHLY FLAMABLE LIQUIDS SUCH AS GASOLINE!

IMPORTANT: ALWAYS REGULATE AIR PRESSURE TO UNDER 120 PSI.

OPERATING PROCEDURE

  1. Connect an air hose to the AirVAC unit (should not exceed 120psi).
  2. Open the ball valve and vacuum up the spill. You may need to tilt the AirVAC up or down to prevent a seal with the floor.
  3. Return the AirVAC to the bucket cradle and shut off the air.
  4. Turn the drain ball valve to the open position to drain the AirVAC. Close when completed.
  5. Empty bucket as necessary

TIPS

  1. When removing and when placing the AirVAC back into the cradle, it is best to have the air ball valve slightly open. This will eliminate residual drips from the nozzle.

  2. After vacuuming up the spill, there may be residual coating on the floor.
To clean the area more thoroughly:

    • Spray or pour a cleaner over the area.
    • Lay a rag on the floor.
    • With the AirVAC in the “on” position, place nozzle on rag.
    • Lightly scrub the coated floor area with the AirVAC on.
