Noise-canceling
- To hear the noise-cancelling switch on, you need to be fast.
- Timer starts when removing earbud from the case.
Earbuds need to be airtightly in ear to work well
- Hold earbud like this.
- Push it firmly in.
- Rotate it backwards
- Push more if needed. It feels airtight and is not visible from the front.
Advanced Experience
- Ensure that right and left earbuds are in correct ears.
- Try changing the correct size foam tip. Do not use fingernails when removing the tip.
- Try inserting both earbuds at the same time in 15 seconds.
- Reset the timer by returning the earbuds to the case.
