Terms and Conditions

Introduction

1. The Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra 5G | S22+ 5G | S22 5G Pre-Order Campaign (“Promotion”) is organized by Samsung Malaysia Electronics (SME) Sdn Bhd  (“Samsung”).
2. The sales transaction in the Promotion is between the Participating Stores (as defined below) and Customer. Samsung only provides the recommended retail price  (“RRP”) and/or redemption guidance on this site.
3. Customer agrees to comply with all the terms and conditions when accessing or using this site. The  scope of these Terms and Conditions is limited to Samsung’s role of  hosting this site and organizing this Promotion only.
4. The Promotion is on a first come first served basis, and while stocks last.

Promotion Period

1. The Pre-Order Promotion will run for the periods as stated below or while promotional stocks last, whichever is earlier (“Promotion Period”):

2. Samsung reserves the right to shorten, extend or cancel the Promotion Period at its sole discretion without prior notice.

1. The Promotion is open to all Malaysian citizens and residents of Malaysia of 18 years and above (asof 9th February 2022) with Malaysia Identity Card; except Samsung employees (and their immediacies), its related agencies, retailers and dealers.

Promotion Mechanism

By participating in the Promotion, Customer will be eligible for the following promotion(s) below.
5.1 Samsung Galaxy S22 Series Pre-Order Promotion
5.1.1 By Participating in the Pre-Order Promotion, Customer who purchased or pre-ordered the selected device mentioned below during the relevant Promotion Period will  be entitled to redeem the following exclusive Gifts(s) (“Pre- Order Gifts”)

All exclusive gifts are available for collection or delivery, together with the purchased Participating Model(s) on a first come first served basis, and while stocks last.
Free gift(s) / actual promotion(s) availability is subject to the respective Participating Stores. Customer is advised to check with point of sales to confirm the promotion type and/or availability of the free gifts prior to purchase.

5.2 Samsung Galaxy S22 Series Wearables 20% off Purchase with Purchase (“PWP”) Promotion

1. Customers will be entitled to PWP a unit of selected Wearable products at 20% discount with every purchase of one (1) unit of the Samsung Galaxy S22 Series during the Promotion Period:

2. The following are the two (2) steps to PWP a unit of the selected Wearable products

Promotion is limited to the first 600 for a. and first 6,000 for b., c., d., e., g., h., i., and k.
Customers nationwide. The Promotional Products are on a first come first served basis, and while stocks last.

5.3 Samsung Galaxy S22 Series Branded Mobile Accessories 30% off Purchase with Purchase (“PWP”) Promotion

1. Purchase one (1) unit of the Participating Models within the Promotion Period (as stated above) at Participating Stores to be entitled to purchase a maximum of any two  (2) units of selected accessories (“PWP Items”) at 30% off. The purchase of the device and PWP item(s) must be in a single receipt.

Note: Customer can purchase a maximum of two (2) units of Samsung Branded Mobile
Accessories (“PWP Items”) with purchase of one (1) unit of Participating Models.
The following are the steps to PWP a unit of the selected PWP Items: Example (In-store purchase)

5.4 30% off Samsung Care+ Plans Purchase with Purchase (PWP) Promotion

1. Customer who purchased one (1) unit of the Participating Models within the Promotion Period (as stated above) from the Participating Stores are entitled to enjoy 30%  off Samsung Care+ Plan.
2. This PWP Promotion can only be made after the Customer receives the device. Customer who wishes to purchase a Samsung Care+ Plan is required to drop by the  nearest Participating Stores a., b., and e. only. The purchase of the Participating Model and PWP item(s) must be in a single receipt for Samsung Online Store.
3. The discounted Price List according to the relevant Samsung Galaxy S22 Series model is as below:

4. This PWP Promotion is limited to the first 1,785 Customers for the 1-Year Plan, and 765 Customers for the 2-Year Plan nationwide. The Promotional Products are on a  first come first served basis, and while stocks last.

5.5 Samsung Galaxy S22 Series Pre-Order VIP Referral Program

1. Customer who purchased one (1) unit of the Participating Models within the Promotion Period (as stated above) will received a referral QR code via the ’Golden Ticket’,  the “Referrer” will be able to share the Promo Code with one (1) friend or family (“Referee”) to purchase the Participating Models. Each Promo Code can only be  redeemed once. This program is only applicable to Samsung Online Stores.
2. Samsung Galaxy S22 Series Pre-Order VIP Referral Program is only applicable to Customers who pre-order the Participating Model(s) during Promotion Period A.
3. The VIP Referral Promotion as below:

4. 5.5.4 Upon successful RMS redemption, both Referrer and Referee Samsung e-Voucher codes, will be disbursed from 23rd February 2022 to 15th April 2022 and is valid for use until 21st April 2022 only, and is not valid for use after the expiry date. The said Referral Samsung e-Voucher can only be used for the next purchase of selected  Galaxy Wearables and Samsung Branded Mobile Accessories.
5. The Referral e-Vouchers is limited to the first 1,500 Customers nationwide for the Participating Models, on a first come first served basis, and while stocks last. Samsung reserves the right to modify the quantity at its sole discretion, without any prior notice.
6. Voucher value is not stackable and cannot be used in conjunction with any other vouchers in a single order.

5.6 ROI e-Voucher Redemption

1. Pre-Order Customers who have received a Unique Code after completing their ROI between 26th January 2022 and 9th February 2022 (“ROI Period”) will be able to  use it to redeem an e-Voucher worth RM200 (“ROI e-Voucher”) through Samsung’s Redemption Management System (RMS) portal.

2. Each Unique Code can only be used once, and each Customer is only eligible to redeem one (1) ROI e-Voucher per pre-order of the Participating Models. In addition to  pre-orders of the Participating Models made through Samsung’s Pre-Order website, the ROI eVoucher is also available for pre-orders made through a ROI Partner listed  below:
   i. Operator Channel (Celcom, Digi, Maxis, U Mobile)
   ii. Pure Players (Lazada, Shopee – Samsung Official Flagship Store only)

3. ROI e-Voucher is only applicable to Customers who pre-order the Samsung Galaxy S22 Series (Participating Models).

4. The ROI e-Vouchers is limited to the first 1,600 Customers nationwide who purchase the Participating Models, and is on a first come first served basis, and while stocks  last. Samsung reserves the right to modify the quantity at its sole discretion, without any prior notice.

5. All ROI e-Voucher code is valid for use from 23rd February 2022 to 7th April 2022 only, and is not valid for use after the expiry date. The ROI e-Voucher can only be  used at the Samsung Online Store. To redeem, please follow the instructions provided in Clause 7.3 below. The ROI e-Voucher can only be used for the next purchase of  selected Galaxy Wearable and Samsung Branded Mobile Accessories.

5.7 Media Referral Gift

1. Samsung Galaxy S22 Series pre-order customers that enter a valid Media Referral Code hosted on our Media Partners’ websites as listed below:
   i. Zing Gadget (www.zinggadget.com)
   ii. Amanz (www.amanz.my)
   iii. SoyaCincau (www.soyacincau.com)
   iv. TechNave (www.technave.com)
   v. ProductNation (www.productnation.co)
   vi. Goody25 (www.goody25.com)
   will be entitled to redeem one (1) Super-Fast Charge Travel Adapter (45W) worth RRP RM199 (“Media Referral Gift”) by following the instructions provided in Clause 7  – Overall Campaign Mechanics – Step 2 below.

2. Each Customer is only entitled to redeem one (1) Media Referral Gift per transaction made.

3. The Media Referral Gift is limited to the first 800 Customers nationwide who purchase the Participating Models, on a first come first served basis, and while stocks last.

4. The Media Referral Code must be redeemed by entering a valid Referral code before checkout at the Samsung Online Store. The Media Referral Gift will be reflected in  the cart before payment page.

The Promotional Products, Free Gift(s) and e-Voucher Redemption are on a first come first served basis, and while stocks last.
Samsung reserves the right to suspend or terminate or cancel the Promotion or change the
Promotional Products anytime without any prior notice.
Samsung reserves the right to amend the Promotional Products at its sole discretion without prior notice.

Pre-Order Collection Period

1. The Pre-Order Collection Period for purchases made during Promotion Period A is from 10:00 a.m., 3rd March 2022 (Thursday) to 10:00 p.m., 23rd March 2022 (Wednesday).

2. The Pre-Order Collection Period for purchases made during Promotion Period B is from 10:00 a.m., 28th March 2022 (Monday) to 10:00 p.m., 30th April 2022  (Saturday). Actual collection date might differ subject to the stock availability of the respective Participating Stores & Participating Model purchased.
   Customer is advised to check with point of sales on actual collection date prior or upon purchase of the Participating Model(s).

3. In the event the Customer fails to collect the Pre-Ordered Participating Model within the periods stated herein, the deposit amount (as stipulated by the relevant  Participating Store) will be forfeited and the pre-order shall be declared null and void. For the avoidance of doubt, Customers will be charged the full amount for and  upon pre-orders made through the Samsung Online Store.

4. Samsung reserves the right to change the Pre-Order Collection or Delivery Period without prior notice and shall not be liable for any changes to the Pre-Order  Collection or Delivery Period.

Overall Campaign Mechanics:

1. Media Referral Gift or e-Voucher Code Spending process

Step 1: Device
Purchase| You may select one of the following options:
a. Samsung Online Store Option: Hassle-Free delivery service to provided address, free of delivery charges, with full  payment made through Samsung Online Store (https://www.samsung.com/my/);
or b. In-Store Pick Up Option: Visit one of the Participating stores and select desired Participating Models.

a. In the Confirmation Page, please enter a valid Referral Code in the Promo Code box and select “Confirm”. The  addition of the Media Referral Gift to the pre-order should be shown before proceeding to payment at the next step.
Step 3: Reveal the eVoucher
code| The ‘Golden Ticket’ will be attached along with the device sales pack (PreOrder unit pre-ordered during Promotion  Period A only), Scratch the ‘Golden Ticket’ to reveal your RM800 e-Voucher code.
Step 4: Spend the eVoucher
Code.| Scan the provided QR Code to purchase the selected Galaxy Wearables or Samsung Branded Mobile Accessories at  Samsung.com
Choose the desired Galaxy Wearables or Samsung Branded Mobile
Accessories from the list of products offered, and add to cart to begin the ordering process.
Please note that:
a. The balance credit of the e-Voucher will not be refunded or reusable for the next purchase in the event that the total cost of  the purchased item is lower than the total e-Voucher value.
b. Customer is required to pay the balance payment if the value of the purchased item exceeds the e-Voucher value.
c. A minimum spend of the same value as the e-Voucher is required in order to utilize the e-Voucher. The total checkout value must
exceed the e-Voucher value (e.g., purchase item / multiple items with total checkout price of RM801 or above will entitle the Customer to checkout with e-Voucher value, e.g. RM800)
Enter the valid e-Voucher code in the Promo Code box and select “Confirm” at the checkout page.
Step 5: Make payment
for the order| You will be directed to iPay88’s website to make payment for the order. Upon successful payment, you will receive an  e-Receipt from iPay88 indicating that payment has been made, and an Order Confirmation e-mail from Samsung.
Any payment made is not refundable and not transferrable.

7.2 Activate and share the referral code for Pre-Order VIP Referral Program:

Step 1:
Activate and share the referral code| Scan the QR code provided in the ‘Golden Ticket’ to activate the referral code. The “Referrer” may then share the referral code to one “Referee” and both Referrer and Referee may then enjoy the exclusive promotion.

Step 3:
Redemption of Referee reward| Follow the instructions provided in Clause 7.3 — The following are the two (2) steps for ROI e-Voucher or VIP Referral Program redemption below. Each VIP Referral Code can only be redeemed once by a Referee purchasing one (1) of the Participating Models.
Step 5:
Referrer to receive reward.| The Referrer and Referee will receive their e-Voucher code within 30 days of the Referee purchasing a Participating Model(s) and completing payment.

Payment

1. Customer acknowledges, understands and agrees that all transactions are between Customer and Dealer only. Samsung only acts as the coordinating party and is not  involved or a party of any monetary/sale and purchase of this order transaction.
2. Customer is not allowed to cancel the order, change the selected device colour or model, or the selected outlet once Customer has successfully completed and confirmed the payment transaction.
3. Customer shall pay the full amount for the order directly to Dealer only.

Delivery

1. Order will be delivered within 5-7 working days for Peninsular Malaysia; and 1-2 weeks for East Malaysia subject to stock availability.
2. The fulfilment and delivery of the product is handled by Samsung SDS Malaysia Sdn Bhd (“SDS”).
3. SDS reserves the right to appoint a third (3rd) party vendor or service provider to handle the fulfilment or making available of the product and delivery of the product to you. By providing your personal information including name, delivery address, contact numbers, email address and other information to SDS, SDS can use and/or disclose to such third (3rd) party vendor or service provider for the purposes of delivery service.
4. To accept the item, the Customer or the authorised representative or the recipient is required to present identification, i.e. NRIC or Passport to the delivery personnel,  failing which the delivery personnel have the right to refuse delivery and will return the product to SDS as “unclaimed”.
5. The proof of delivery of product must be in the form of written acknowledgement of receipt of the product by the Customer, the authorised representative or the  recipient. If the delivery address is an office address, an acknowledgement by any office staff will be treated as good acknowledgement of the item.
6. The time for delivery of the product is between the Customer and SDS. Samsung shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of the product howsoever caused.

Customer’s Covenants

In connection to this Promotion, Customer will not use this site:

1. To submit fraudulent order, false, inaccurate, misleading, defamatory, or libelous information;
2. To distribute viruses or any other technologies that may harm Samsung, or the interests or property of other users;
3. To export the unit purchased except in compliance with the export control laws of relevant jurisdictions and in accordance with posted rules and restrictions;
4. In the event if Samsung suspects or discovers that the Customer is abusing this Promotion and/or Samsung in any of the ways mentioned above or otherwise, Samsung  may, at our sole discretion, ake necessary steps to prevent and mitigate such abuse such as limiting, suspending, or terminating the Customer’s user account(s) and access  to this site, delaying or removing hosted content, removing any special status associated with Customer account(s), reducing or eliminating any discounts, and taking  technical and/or legal steps to prevent Customer from using this site.

Limitation of Liability

1. Samsung uses its reasonable effort to keep its site safe, secure, and functioning properly, but Samsung does not guarantee the continuous operation of or access to this site.
2. Customer agrees that he/she is making use of this site at his/her own risk, and that it is being provided to Consumer on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.
3. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Samsung excludes all express or implied warranties, terms and conditions including, but not limited to, implied warranties  of  merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
4. Customer shall assume full responsibility in case of any accident, damage or claim resulting from participating in this Promotion.
5. Customer shall be deemed to be able to perform legally binding contract upon his/her submission of the order and there shall not be any refund or costs whatsoever  arising from his/her violation of the minimum age stated herein.
6. Warranty of the Promotional Product is subject to standard product warranty coverage as per terms and conditions  stated in the official corporate website at http://www.samsung.com/my/support/warranty. Customer is advised to check the website from time to time and stay informed for any changes on the terms and  conditions of the warranty.

General

1. In the event Customer has queries with regard to this Promotion; please call Samsung Consumer Service at 1-800-88-9999.
2. By participating in this Promotion, Customer fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts the Terms and Conditions stated herein and the decisions of Samsung on  every aspect of this Promotion shall be final and binding.
3. This Promotion is not valid in conjunction with other promotions, vouchers or discounts.
4. All pictures and/or images of the Promotional Products found in any advertising and marketing materials are for illustration purposes only and actual item or colour may vary.
5. The indicated price is Recommended Retail Price (RRP). Both RRP and Promo RRP (if any) are subject to change without prior notice.
6. Free Gift(s), Rebate(s) and E-Voucher(s) if any, are on first come first served basis and while stocks last.
7. Free Gift(s), Rebate(s) and E-Voucher(s) if any, are not redeemable for cash, not exchangeable or transferable and cannot be used in conjunction with other  promotional offers.
8. Free Gift(s), Rebate(s) and E-Voucher(s) if any, are only applicable for the purchase made under the Participating Stores during the Promotion Period.
9. Product display sets purchases, B2B purchases, staff purchases, EPP purchases, Customer Retention Program (CRP) purchase are not entitled to any Free Gift(s),  Rebate(s) and/or E-Voucher(s).
10. Samsung reserves the right to disqualify or reject any submissions/ redemptions for Order or Free Gift(s), Rebate(s) and/or E-Voucher(s) in its sole discretion  without prior notice, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person or per order. These restrictions may include order placed by or under the same Customer’s account  or orders that use the same billing address or delivery address.
11. Samsung reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions without prior notice to the extent permitted by law. Changes to the Terms and Conditions shall  become effective as soon as they are displayed in Samsung’s website.
12. Samsung reserves the rights to change the Free Gift(s) if any, with products of similar value without any prior notice.
13. Samsung and/or Dealer reserves the right to cancel any order without any prior notice. For the avoidance of doubt, any cancellation of orders will not entitle the  Customer to any compensation against Samsung and/or Dealer for any losses or damages directly or indirectly that may be suffered or incurred by the Customer as a result of the cancellation.
14. In the event any Free Gift(s) are being awarded to the Customer having provided false or mistaken identity or information, Samsung reserves the right to revoke  the Customer’s eligibility for the said Free Gift(s) and recover any damages from such Customer to the fullest extent permitted by law.
15. In the event Customer returns the Promotional Products purchased, subject to Samsung’s standard product warranty coverage and return policy, Customer shall  return any Free Gift(s) received together with the purchase of the Promotional Products.
