Product Usage Instructions:

To use the Portable Speaker System with Bluetooth, please follow
these steps:

1. Turn on the speaker system by pressing the power button.
2. Activate Bluetooth on your device and search for available Bluetooth devices.
3. Select “SVEN PS-300” and pair your device with the speaker system.
4. You can also connect your device using an AUX cable or a Type-C USB cable.
5. Adjust the volume of the speaker system using the volume buttons located on the device or on your paired device.
6. To disconnect your device from the speaker system, turn off Bluetooth on your device or unplug the AUX or USB cable.
7. To turn off the speaker system, press and hold the power button until the device shuts down.

BUYER RECOMMENDATIONS

• Unpack the device carefully. Make sure there are no accessories left in the box. Check up the device for damage; if the product was damaged during transportation, address the firm which carried out the delivery; if the product functions incorrectly, address the dealer at once.
• Check up the package contents and availability of the warranty card. Make sure the warranty card has a shop stamp, a legible signature or the seller’s stamp and purchase date, and the goods number corresponds to that in the warranty card. Remember: in case of warranty card loss or discrepancy of numbers you forfeit the right for warranty repairs.
• Before installing and using the speaker system, read this Manual carefully and keep it for future reference.
• Do not expose it to direct sunlight.
• Shipping and transportation equipment is permitted only in the original container.
• Does not require special conditions for realization.
• Dispose of in accordance with regulations for the disposal of household and computer equipment.
• The date of manufacture of the product is indicated on the box.

APPLICATION
SVEN PS-300 portable multimedia speaker system with Bluetooth is designed for operation with PC, notebooks and other mobile devices by means of data transfer via Bluetooth protocol. It can be also used in Internet telephony, during video conferences, in multimedia applications, in interactive games, for speech recognition and foreign language teaching.

Speaker system description

1. +: Volume increase (short pressing); Next track (long pressing in Bluetooth mode)
2. POWER button (long pressing); Play/Pause button (short pressing in Bluetooth mode); Mute (short pressing in AUX mode)
3. -: Volume decrease (short pressing); Previous track (long pressing in Bluetooth mode)
4. Connecting an additional speaker (short pressing in Bluetooth mode); Disconnecting from the sound source (long pressing in Bluetooth mode)
5. NFC mark
6. РUSB Type C jack for charger connecting speaker system to laptop/PC USB port
7. 3.5 mm mini-jack for audio signal connecting (phone, MP3 player, etc.)

CONNECTION AND OPERATION

Attention! The built-in battery must be charged completely prior to the application.

Speaker system battery charging

• Connect speaker system to a USB port of PC or USB charger using Type-C to USB cable (included). When charging, the indicator lights up in red. Indicator goes out if the battery is charged.
• The battery is used in the speaker system as an integral part of the device, therefore do not try to extract or replace it, because this can result in the warranty cancellation or the device damage.

OPERATION MODES

Bluetooth mode

• Wireless data transfer via the Bluetooth protocol enables to connect speaker system to compatible devises. Maximum radius of action of data transfer is 10 m. Such obstacles as walls or other electronic devices can interfere with the signal transfer.
• Turn on the speakers in Bluetooth mode.
• It is necessary to select the search mode of devices with Bluetooth on a signal source (telephone, notebook, smartphone, etc.). «SVEN PS-300» message will be displayed on the screen which is to be connected to*.
• When connection is successful, there will be a short beep**.

Connecting to the speaker via Bluetooth using NFC
Attention! To connect the speaker to a smartphone, the smartphone must be equipped with an NFC chip. It must be enabled in the wireless settings.

• Turn on the speakers in Bluetooth mode – indicator blinks blue short.
• Hold the phone close to the NFC mark 5 and wait to confirm a successful speaker connection.
  Note. You need to allow connections on the phone (depending on the phone’s operating system).

For model «SVEN PS-300» you can connect an additional speaker (Bluetooth mode only):

• Connect one speaker to a signal source via Bluetooth.
• Briefly press button 4 on the connected speaker, to activate the search mode, the second speaker must be in the search for BT.
• The speakers will connect with each other.

Note. At the subsequent inclusion of both speakers, they will be connected automatically.

• You might have to enter «0000» code to connect some models of devices via Bluetooth.
• If the item has been already registered in the device list of a source, then the second search mode activation is not obligatory. Choose the item name «SVEN PS-300» and the «connect» command on the source.

The use in the wired mode (AUX)
Speaker system can be used as an external device for amplifying any audio source with a 3.5 mm output mini-jack. To do this, connect a cable 3.5 mini- jack – 3.5 mini-jack to the audio input AUX 7.
