Limited Warranty does NOT cover:
Any costs associated with the repair or replacement of the Product including
labor, installation or other costs incurred by you, and in particular, any
costs relating to the removal or replacement of any Product that is soldered
or otherwise permanently affixed to any printed circuit board; OR
Damage to the Product due to external causes, including accident, problems
with electrical power, abnormal electrical, mechanical or environmental
conditions, usage not in accordance with product instructions, misuse,
neglect, alteration, repair, improper installation, or improper testing; OR
Any Product which has been modified or operated outside of specifications or
where the original identification markings (trademark or serial number) has
been removed, altered or obliterated from the Product, or where the label or
screw on the exterior of the Product is removed or broken.
INTRODUCTION
Thank you for choosing the new Hyundai 24” Monitor.
This guide serves to enable users to familiarize themselves with our product
as quickly as possible. Below is a brief introduction to the key layout,
features, definitions in figures and words.

- Do not use this device near water.
- Always turn the unit off and unplug the power cord when cleaning the unit. Clean only with a soft-dry cloth.
- Do not block any ventilation openings.
- Do not install near any heat sources such as radiators, heaters, stoves, or other devices (including amplifiers) that produce heat.
- Protect the power cord from being walked on or pinched particulartly at the point where they exit from the device.
- Only use attachments/accessories specified within this manual.
- Unplug this device during lightning storms or when unused for long periods of time.
- Do not attempt to repair this monitor yourself. Do not attempt to open or dismantle this product. Doing so may result in electric shock or physical injury.
- The External Power Supply is a Class 1 (Earthed Device). Please ensure you connect the mains plug to an earth mains outlet. lf unsure, please seek advice from your local qualified electrician.
- Please ensure the monitor, remote, accessories or batteries are not placed in a position where they are exposed to heat sources, direct sunlight or any other hazard.
- Please only use the external power adapter provided by the manufacturer.
- To prevent injury, this device must be securely attached to the supporting surface in accordance with the installation instructions.
Important Information:
Please ensure that this appliance is positioned in a sufficiently stable
location. Failure to take the appropriate safety measures may result in
injuries, particularly to children, damage to property or to the monitor.
- Only use cabinets or stands that are suitable for the specifications of this appliance. A stand has been provided with this monitor. However, if you choose to use alternative methods, thisis at your own risk. The manufacturer or supplier only recommends to use the stand provided.
- Only use furniture that can safely support the monitor. Do not place the monitor on any unstable surface, stand or in a position that may create hazard for the monitor, the user or any surroundings.
- Do not place the monitor on tall furniture or wall brackets unless an appropriate anchoring or securing method has been used.
- Do not place the monitor on cloth or other unstable materials.
- Educate children about the dangers of climbing on furniture to reach the monitor or its controls. lt is recommended to always supervise children at all times when they are around electrical or electronic appliances. Seek advice from an appropriate expert when attempting to mount this appliance on a wall.
WARNING
This monitor is intended for household use only and not for commercial or
industrial use.
Only connect the power plug to a suitable AC 100-240V 50Hz/60Hz power mains
socket.
- The device shall not be exposed to dripping or splashing and no objects filled with liquids, such as vases.
- lnstall the unit at an adequate distance from the wall to allow sufficient ventilation. Any ventilation holes should not be impeded with items, such as newspaper, fabric, curtains etc. Do not place the unit in a poorly ventilated enclosure, such as an enclosed cabinet.
- To reduce the risk of fire or electric shock, do not expose the device to rain or moisture.
- Do not place the unit on an unstable surface, such as a wobbly stand or sloped table, or on any surface whose area is smaller than the bottom area of the unit. Always place the unit on a flat stable surface.
- Do not place on top of any other appliances.
- Do not place a burning candle or similar on top of the unit.
- Do not place the unit near any heat sources such as a fireplace or heater.
- Keep the unit clean and never store it next to a heat source or in dirty, humid or wet places. Keep it out of direct sunlight.
- Do not insert any objects or liquids, into the ventilation openings or terminals.
- Press the buttons gently. Pressing them too hard can damage the unit.
- When moving the unit, be sure to turn the unit off and unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
- lf you notice any unusual odors or smoke around the unit, immediately disconnect the unit from the outlet and contact the help line shown at the end of this manual.
lmage Persistence
This product is not designed to have a fixed image patterns on the screen for
extended periods of time.

improper use of the product. This document is provided on an “as is” basis.
Except as otherwise provided by applicable laws, we do not make any kind of
guarantee, express or tacit, regarding the accuracy, reliability and content
of this document, and we reserve the right to revise or withdraw this document
at any time without prior notice.
The purpose of this manual is to help you correctly apply Meion products. lt
does not represent any instructions on the software and hardware configuration
of this product. For product configuration, please refer to the contract (if
any) related to this product or consult the seller who sells the product to
you. The pictures in this manual are for reference only. lf there is any
discrepancy between individual pictures and the actual product, please refer
to the actual product.
Security Guide:
Warning: In order to prevent fire or explosion, do not expose the display to
rain or humid environment or an unstable table top. There is dangerous high
pressure inside the display. Do not open the monitor. lf maintenance is
needed, please contact our authorized maintenance service.
1. Power Supply
The working power supply is AC 220V. Please refer to the name plate on the
back of the display for the specifications.
- Please use properly grounded plugs and sockets. lncorrect grounding will result in electric shock or damage the equipment.
- Please do not use damaged or loose plugs and wires.
- Please do not bend the plug or wire excessively or place heavy objects on it, otherwise it may damage the plug or wire.
- Please do not pull the wire to pull the plug and do not touch the plug with wet hands.
- Do not connect too many peripherals on one wiring board to avoid electric shockor tire.
Maintenance
- Put the display in a place with low humidity and less dust.
- Do not expose the display to direct sunlight and keep it away from heat sources.
- Please place the display on a stable table and adjust it carefully. Falling, striking or scraping will destroy the LCD screen and its plastic frame.
- Do not put metal foreign matters into the display.
- Do not block the vent on the display. Poor ventilation will cause the display to overheat or cause a fire.
- Do not use ketone chemicals (such as acetic acid, ethane, acetic acid, chloroform, etc.) or other unknown substances to clean the liquid crystal panel, otherwise the panelwill be damaged. Please use clean water and a soft cloth to clean the display.
Repair
- lf your display is not working properly, especially if there is a strange sound or smell, disconnect the plug immediately and contact the service center or authorized dealer.
- Please disconnect the power supply and properly pack the machine before maintenance.
- Please do not disassemble or assemble the casing or parts without authorization. Please contact qualified maintenance personnel if necessary.
- Unauthorized disassembly may damage the machine and cause electric shock.
Unpackaging Inspection
Please check the contents of the packaging case according to the packing list
after unpacking.
lf there are any missing items, please contact the distributor immediately.
(The picture is for reference only, please refer to the actual product for
details).
Hint: Please use the accessories equipped with the machine, they function
differently due to different models.
Panel Control Key / Signal Input Port
- Signal Input (VGA)
- Audio input or headphone output (if there is no audio, there is no such function)
- Power input
- Take the OSO menu out
- Select the function key clockwise/forward adjust the parameter to make it larger
- Select the function key anticlockwise/reverse adjust the parameter to make it smaller
- Automatically adjust the key or return to the previous menu
- Power on/off
- Power indicator lamp
- Signal Input (HDMI) (without HDMI, this function is not available)
Note: All ports are subject to actual objects.
Function Menu
Color Adjustment // Window legend
- Press “MENU” to enter the main function menu (when it is different from the following proportion, the corresponding instructions are available for reference).
- The first step is to directly enter the display screen adjustment menu, press the “MENU” key to enter the adjustment function. The scroll bar will be displayed in green, and press the “MENU” key again to select brightness adjustment. When the scroll bar displays in red, press the “ <” key or “>’ key to increase or decrease the brightness parameter, and adjust the screen to meet your requirements.
- After adjustment, press “MENU” to save and return to the screen adjustment MENU. Press the button or “>” to adjust other functions according to the above method.
- Select “RETURN” to the main menu.
Bríghtness| Brightness Adjustment Adjust the brightness of the picture to meet
the requirements of the environment.

Contrast| Contrast Ratio Adjustment Adjust the contrast ratio of the screen to
obtain the best display effect.
Horizontal Position| Horizontal picture adjustment (this function only
supports VGA mode) Adjust the horizontal position of the display screen.

Reset| Reset the luminance, contrast, color temperature and sound to factory
default settings.

Notes

The display shall use the power specified by the label on the back of the machine.

Do not open the back cover and do not try to repair the display by yourself, because there are high-voltage components inside the display that will cause harm to human
body if you touching them. -
Avoid direct expose the display to sunlight or other heat sources.

Place the display in a well-ventilated place, and do not place anything on the display to ensure good heat dissipation.
-
Make sure that the surroundings of the display are clean and dry. lf the display is accidentally splashed with water, immediately unplug the display and consult your dealer or service center.

Do not place the display together with magnets, engines, transformers, speakers and TV to avoid interference.

lf there is smoke, noise or strange smell on the display, turn off the display immediately and contact your dealer or service center.

Do not hit or scratch the display screen with any hard objects, and do not touch the display screen with your fingers to avoid smearing or scratching the screen.

Do not insert any metal or flammable items into this product through vents, input and output terminals, etc.
-
Do not install the product in an unstable place and at a lower position accessible to children, otherwise the product will fall and cause personal injury or damage to the product.

In case of gas leakage, do not touch the product or the power plug, and ventilate immediately.
-
Do not turn the product upside down or just hold the bracket to move the product. When you need to move the product, please turn off the power supply and disconnect all connecting wires.

lf you do not use this product for a long time, please unplug the power cord.
-
Do not lift or move the product by holding or pulling the power cord or signal cord.
-
Clean the display.
-
Make sure the display is powered off and unplugged.
-
Do not spray or splash any liquid directly onto the display screen or cabinet.
-
Clean the display surface with a soft cloth that does not shed, and do not use any cleaning fluid or glass cleaner.
Fault Handling
Not Powered On
- Ensure that the power button (or switch) is in the “ON” position.
- Make sure there is no problem with the connection between the power supply and LCD display.
The power display is normal but there is no image.
- Ensure that the video cable is tightly connected to the video output port of the computer.
- Adjust luminance and contrast ratio.
- Make sure the computer is turned on. lf the LEO indicator of the display is red or the blue light is flashing, please check whether it has entered the power management state.
Abnormal Color Display
- Check the video cable to ensure that it is tightly connected. Loose cable connectors or broken pins may lead to abnormal color.
- Control button failure
- Please press one button at a time.
General troubleshooting methods

Whether the power cord is connected:
Check and confirm that the power cord is connected to the power outlet. -
Is the power indicator on:
Press the power button. -
Make sure the power is on and the power indicator is green or blue: Adjust the luminance and contrast ratio of the picture.
-
The power indicator is orange:
lf the display is in the energy-saving mode, moving the keyboard or mouse can actívate the screen;
Confirm that the power is on;
Turn on the PC. -
The screen displays “Frequency Out of Range” information:
The input signa! frequency exceeds the operating frequency of the display.
Please refer to the “Specifications” section of the instruction manual far reconfiguration. -
The screen displays “No Signal” message:
This message appears when the signal line is not connected. Check whether the signal line is connected properly and try again. -
Abnormal display position:
Press the AUTO key to automatically adjust the image to the ideal state. lf you are not satisfied with the result, please use the horizontal and vertical position icons to adjust the picture position or restart the computer host.
Check the OSO screen to confirm whether the resolution or frequency has been modified. lf so, please readjust to the recommended resolution and frequency. -
Vertical stripes or horizontal stripes can be seen on the background:
Press the AUTO key to automatically adjust the image to the ideal state. lf you are not satisfied with the result, please use the horizontal correction icon to reduce the vertical stripes. -
The picture cannot be clearly displayed and there is line interference: Check the PC signal, adjust the display to the recommended resolution or the best state, and set thecolor to be higher than 24 bits (nature color).Press the AUTO key to automatically adjust the image to the ideal state.

Abnormal screen display:Check whether the signa! wire connection is connected, and re-tighten if necessary.Check whether the video card is inserted into the slot correctly.Set the color to be higher than 24 bits (nature color) in the control panel setting.
