Product Information
The Accessory Suite Operation & Maintenance Manual provides information on the operation and maintenance of various Symmons bathroom accessories. The product is available in nine different models that include 18 Double Towel Bar, 24 Double Towel Bar, Robe Hook, 18 Towel Bar, 24 Towel Bar, Toilet Paper Holder, Towel Ring, Towel Shelf with Bar, and Soap Basket. The product is made of metal materials with a standard polished chrome finish. The product comes with a limited lifetime warranty for consumer/residential installations and a 10-year warranty for commercial/industrial installations.
Product Usage Instructions
- Choose the desired model of the Symmons bathroom accessory.
- Measure and mark centerlines for mounting bracket installation using dimensions on page 2 of the manual.
- Depending on the wall type, follow one of the below options:
- Dry Wall Option: Place mounting brackets into the desired position. Using brackets as a guide, carefully drill 5/16 holes into the wall. Remove brackets and insert toggle tool into toggle to secure behind the wall prior to hanging the accessory on the mounting bracket.
- Stud Option: Center bracket on centerline. Using brackets as a guide, carefully drill 3/16 holes into the wall and screw the bracket into place.
- With mounting brackets in position, secure them to the wall using screws. Use the bracket as a screw template.
- For plaster walls 1/2 inch thick or less, insert toggle tool into toggle to secure behind the wall prior to hanging the accessory on the mounting bracket.
- Hang the top of the accessory on the mounting bracket and lower it into position.
- Secure the accessory with a set screw.
- If you face any issues with the finish spotting, clean the finished trim area with a soft cloth using mild soap and water or a non-abrasive cleaner and then quickly rinse with water.
