Product Information

The product is a blender with the following components:

  1. Messbecher (measuring cup)
  2. Deckel (lid)
  3. Deckeldichtung (lid seal)
  4. Glaskrug (glass jug)
  5. Griff (handle)
  6. Sechsfach-Messer (six-blade cutter)
  7. Dichtung (seal)
  8. Heizplatte (heating plate)

The product has an LED display that shows the timer and cooking time in minutes. It also has a simmer function and a mixer with four speed settings. The product can be used for making various drinks, soups, and dressings.

Product Usage Instructions

  1. Place the measuring cup on the heating plate and add the desired ingredients.
  2. Place the lid on the measuring cup and ensure that it is properly sealed with the lid seal.
  3. Set the cooking time using the timer button. The blue LED will blink to indicate the set time.
  4. Press the cook button to start the cooking process. The blue LED will turn on.
  5. Use the mixer knob to select the desired speed setting. The mixer has four-speed settings: I, II, III, and IV, as well as a pulse function.
  6. To use the simmer function, press the simmer button.
  7. After use, clean the product by wiping it with a damp cloth. Do not apply excessive force when cleaning to avoid damaging the blades and drive shaft.

Additional safety and hygiene tips:

  • Use only a three-wire power cord with the product.
  • Do not use the product if it has been dropped or damaged in any way.
  • Do not touch the heating area after use.
  • Do not use the product for purposes other than intended.
  • Inspect the plastic parts and seals for cracks or damage before each use.
  • Do not let food dry in the jug or leave food residue under or between the blades.

The product comes with several recipes for drinks, soups, and dressings. Follow the recipe instructions to ensure optimal results.

  19. On-Off Switch
    Press once, a blue LED shines. The display shows „Time 88“.

  20. Timer
    By pressing the arrow keys the cooking time can be set in steps of 1 minute. The set time (e.g. 35 minutes) flashes in blue. Time can be changed anytime by pressing the arrow keys. After time run out the device turns off and peeps 10 times.

  21. Cook
    By pressing the button a blue LED flashes. The food is cooked with 90 – 100°C for the set time. After the time run out the device turn off. Now the food can be mixed (no. 6) with speed I to IIII or with the pulse button.

  22. Mix & Cook
    By setting the desired time and pressing the button the blue LED flashes. The device cooks and mixes the food with 90 – 100°C in time interval. After the time run out the device turns off.

  23. Simmer (keep
    warm) By setting the desired time and pressing the button the food will be kept warm with 55 – 60°C. By pressing the mix button shortly, the food will be mixed in intervals and low r.p.m. for short time.

  24. Speed of the mixer
    By turning the switch the food can be mixed on level 1, 2, 3, 4 or with the pulse function. Hot food can be mixed at higher speeds.Position| r.p.m.|

  25. Mixing in intervals If mix + cook (no. 4) is set, mixing in intervals is possible by pressing the button 2 seconds.

Generally

This appliance is for private and indoor use only and must not be used commercially. Please read the instruction manual carefully and keep it at a safe place. When the appliance is given to another person the instruction manual should be passed to that person, too. Only use the appliance as described in the instruction manual and pay attention to the safety information. No liability for damages or accidents will be accepted, which are caused by not paying attention to the instruction manual. Only use the device for the purposes described in this manual. Only use the original parts of the devices which are intended for this appliance.

Hygiene

  • The device needs to be cleaned perfectly after each use.
  • Don’t leave any food particles between the blades.
  • Let the device to dry in order to avoid mold formation.
  • Cut all food on a clean chopping board and not together with row chicken (danger of salmonella)

Safety information

  • The appliance must be used and plugged in only according the requirements shown on the rating label.
  • Use the appliance only if the cord shows no damage. Check this before every use!
  • Do not touch the power plug with wet hands.
  • Connect the power plug to a properly installed and easily accessible socket only.
  • To unplug the power plug, always pull the plug – not the cable.
  • Plug off the appliance after each use or in case of failure.
  • Do not pull at the cord. Don’t pull it over the edges and don’t bend it too much.
  • Keep the cord away from hot parts.
  • The appliance must be used and plugged in only according the requirements shown on the rating label.
  • Use the appliance only if the cord shows no damage. Check this before every use!
  • Plug off the appliance after each use or in case of failure.
  • Do not pull at the cord. Don’t pull it over the edges and don’t bend it too much.
  • Keep the cord away from hot parts.
  • When using a faultless three-wire extension cord, this cable needs to be completely unwound.
  • The appliance cannot be used by children. Keep the appliance and the connecting cable away from children. Children must not play with the device.
  • The appliance can be used by persons with limited physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience/knowledge, provided that are supervised or have been provided with instruction in the safe use of the appliance and have understood the resulting dangers.
  • The appliance must not be operated using a timer or a separate remote system!
  • Don’t keep the appliance outside or in a humid environment.
  • Never immerse the appliance in water.
  • Use the appliance never after a malfunction, e.g. when it fell down or was damaged in any other way.
  • Don’t use the glass jug anymore if broken (cracked). The jug might break or become leaky; shivers might fall into the food.
  • Don’t use the device anymore if leaky.
  • The producer takes no responsibility for wrong use, which comes from not obeying the instruction manual
  • To avoid any dangers, any repairs at the appliance, e.g. an exchange meant of the cord, must only be done by an authorized repair service.
  • The appliance must be used on a stable and even surface.
  • Always turn off the device before removing the lid or the measuring cup – hot liquid might splash out of the glass jug.
  • The appliance is only for the intended use described in the instruction manual.
  • Never put hands, spoons or other items into the glass jar, when the appliance is plugged in or is working.
  • Please do not use the appliance if the jar, the plastic parts and the gasket have cracks, are leaky or the knife is hard-steering.
  • The device becomes very hot! Never transport the device with the hot jug on it. Never touch the heating plate after cooking. Transport the glass jug only on the handles.
  • Hot condensed water might drip down by taking of the lid or the measuring cup.
  • Only fill the device up to the max-marking. Never overload the device, food might splash out and cause damage.

Maximum capacity

  • Hot food max: 1.400ml
  • Cold food max: 1.750ml

Cleaning

  • After usage fill the jug with water and washing-up liquid and let the device run for about 2 minutes with the program mix + cook.
  • Unplug the device
  • Never immerse the device in water
  • Don’t let food dry up into the device, pay attention that no food particles remain between the blades.
  • Don’t clean parts of the device into the dishwasher. Leave parts for drying.
  • Attention!
  • The glass base may become hot.
  • Don’t be too powerful while cleaning in order not to deform the blades or the drive axle.

Dismantling of the glass jug

Don’t be too powerful! Place the jug on a towel and hold it with your right hand. With the left hand detach the heating element with he attached dismantling help. Then clean both parts. Attention: blades are sharp! For the assembly, place the sealing joint correctly into the heating element. Tighten the jug on the heating element. Pay attention that the jug is fastened tightly and densely.

usage

  • The appliance must not be plugged in during operation.
  • Never try to insert the mixing insert without the glass jar into the appliance! The danger of injury!
  • Wipe the motor base with a damp cloth, rinse the glass jar, and dry all parts.
  • Attention! Place the jug correctly on the motor element. The illuminated arrow and the arrow on the jug need to be on top of each other. Please make sure before turn on the device, that some liquid or fat is in the jug.
  • The completely assembled glass jar can be easily put on the motor base with a rotary motion.
  • Take care, that the mixing insert is always screwed tightly to the glass jar, else a leakage can occur.
  • When that happens, the appliance must be switched off and dried instantly.
  • If liquid ran into the appliance, the appliance must be checked by an authorized service person.
  • By the first use, there might be a slight odor.
  • This is normal and fades after some use.
  • use the appliance only if completely assembled!
  • The appliance must never be used without food or liquids.
  • Never use high-proof or flammable liquids.
  • The glass jar and the lid must only be removed when the whole appliance fully stopped.
  • Do not fill liquids, hotter than 60°C in the jar, otherwise, the glass may break.
  • Never overfill the jar to avoid splashes.
  • Never remove the jar holder of the jar.
  • Niemals die Heizung einschalten, wenn der Glaskrug leer ist. Es muss sich immer ausreichend Flüssigkeit oder Fett im Krug befinden.

Working place
Place the appliance and the jar on an even, dry, and sufficient surface. Never place it on the edges of the surface. Never leave the appliance unattended when operating. Unplug the power cord, if the appliance should be cleaned, moved, or will not be used anymore.

Safety shut-off
For safety reasons, the appliance shuts off after 2 minutes of continuous operation. In this case, wait one minute and restart the device. This may be caused by too many or too big ingredients filled into the appliance.

Food preparation

The appliance is not suitable as a juice extractor or to make minced meat!

The fluffy beating of liquids

| First mix parts and add further ingredients through the refill opening

Do not immerse too much (max. 250 gr.)

| Press the pulse button (Nr. 6) for some seconds.
Pulse| For food which can be treated only a short time at high speed.| The program starts by pushing the button (Nr. 6)

  • First, insert liquid ingredients into the jar, do not treat food longer than necessary.

  • Do not run the appliance longer than 2 minutes if larger amounts should be prepared.

  • Do not overfill the jar – refill food in smaller amounts step by step.

  • Close the lid tightly to avoid splashes.

  • If food sticks on the wall of the jar, shut off the device and release them using a
    bench scraper.

  • Fruits need to be seeded.

The device is not suitable for

  • Juice extracting of fruits and vegetables
  • Beating egg whites
  • Mixing hard doughs
  • Mashing potatoes

Should the appliance get blocked or work unusually slow, the appliance must be switched off, get unplugged and jamming food must be removed carefully by using a long spoon made from plastic.

Green Smoothie

  • 1 ½ cup apple juice
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 2 cups mango, cut
  • 2 cups banana, cut
  • 3 kiwi, peeled
  • 1 cup parsley
  • 2 handfuls of young spinach

Mix all ingredients, except the spinach in steps from 1 to 4 for about 1 minute. Turn the device on level 1 and fill in the spinach through the opening in the lid. Turn to level 4 and mix for 1 minute. Possibly, add some ice cubes on level 2. Serve immediately.

Fruit Smoothie

  • 2 cups orange juice
  • 1 cup melon, cut
  • 1 banana, cut
  • 1 cup mango, cut
  • 1 ½ cups pineapple, canned and cut
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries, or other berries
  • 1 cup strawberries, halved
  • 6 ice cubes of Honey or sweetening as needed

Mix all ingredients at level 4 for about 75 seconds. Serve immediately.

Chocolate Smoothie

  • 450ml milk
  • 60g porridge oats
  • 2 tbsp. Cocoa
  • 3 bananas
  • 15 strawberries
  • Some yogurt
  • Honey or sweetening as needed

Mix all ingredients at level 4 for about 75 seconds. Serve immediately.

Apple Smoothie

  • 4 apples, peeled and cut
  • 2 bananas
  • 1 handful raspberries
  • 2 cups apple juice
  • Vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch cinnamon
  • 4 ice cubes

Mix in steps from 1 to 4 for about 1 minute. Serve immediately.

Iced Chai Tea

  • 3 cups of the black tee, cold
  • 4 cups milk
  • Some vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 knife point of ground cloves
  • 2 little pieces of peeled ginger
  • ½ tsp. orange zests
  • 4 – 6 ice cubes
  • Honey or sweetening as needed

Mix milk and vanilla extract for 1 minute on level 2, then add tea and spices and stir for 1 minute. Add the ice cubes one after another on levels 1 to 4.

Basil-Strawberry- Lemonade

  • 300g strawberries
  • 2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 6 large leaves of basil
  • 100g sugar syrup
  • 0,5 l mineral water
  • 6 – 8 ice cubes

Mix all ingredients in steps from 1 to 4 for about 2 minutes.

Tips for all cooking processes

Press the ON/OFF button, the display shows 888
Set the desired cooking time with the buttons, e.g. 35 minutes.

  • Press the buttons, and the device heats in an interval between 85°C – 100°C but doesn’t mix. After 10 minutes, press the button Mix for 15 seconds to mix the ingredients.
  • Press the button Mix + Cook now. The device heats between 84°C – 100°C and mixes in intervals.
  • For keeping things warm, press the button, Simmer. The temperature is kept at 55° – 60°C. With the button Mix the soup can be mixed by the second.
  • For sweating onions, add oil and onions into the glass jar and set the time at 1 minute. Afterward, set the desired cooking time and act as described in a) and b).

Attention: Only mix with a closed lid!

Tomato-Mango- Soup

  • 1 big onion, cut
  • 1 – 2 garlic cloves, cut
  • 850g tomatoes, canned and cut
  • 400g mango, canned and cut
  • Or 1 fresh mango
  • 3 tsp. olive oil
  • ¼ l water
  • 1 bouillon cube
  • Salt, pepper, sugar
  • Basil
  • 30g butter

If desired, sweat oil, onions, and garlic as described at d) for 1 min. Add water, bouillon cube, spices, tomatoes, and mango and mix & cook on level for about 15 minutes. Add butter and roughly chopped basil and mix on pulsation for 1 to 3 times. If unpeeled, diced tomatoes are used, these need to be mixed with some liquid at levels 1 – 4. Then proceed as described at level mix + cook. Remnants of the peel are unavoidable.

Green Pea Soup

  • 100g onion, cut
  • 500g peas, frozen
  • 600ml vegetable stock
  • Salt, pepper, nutmeg, sugar, cream
  • 3 tsp. olive oil
  • Parsley chopped

If desired, sweat oil and onions as described at d) for 1 min. Add vegetable stock and peas and mix & cook on level for 15 minutes. Add parsley and cream and mix on pulsation for 1 to 3 times.

Sweet pepper Soup

  • 1 big onion, cut
  • 1 – 2 garlic cloves
  • 3 tsp. olive oil
  • 800g sweet pepper, cut
  • 700ml vegetable stock
  • 1 tsp. paprika spice
  • Salt, pepper, sugar
  • 1 cup cream

If desired, sweat oil, onions, and garlic as described at d) for 1 min. Add vegetable stock and sweet pepper and cook at the level .? for about 5 minutes. Add spices and mix & cook for about 10 minutes. Add the cream and mix on pulsation for 1 to 3 times.

Potato- Broccoli- Soup

  • 1 big onion, cut
  • 1 – 2 garlic cloves
  • 3 tsp. Olive oil
  • 400g potatoes, peeled and cut
  • 300g broccoli, cut
  • 750ml vegetable stock
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • ½ tsp. Pepper

If desired, sweat oil, onions, and garlic as described at d) for 1 min. Add vegetable stock, potatoes, and broccoli and cook at a level for about 10 minutes. Add spices and mix at levels 2-3 for 15 seconds. Then mix & cook for 10 minutes.

Mayonnaise

  • 4 egg yolks
  • 4 tsp. Mustard
  • 1 tsp. White wine vinegar
  • Salt, pepper
  • 250ml olive oil

Mix the egg yolks with the spices on level 2 and stir in gently the olive oil through the refill opening in the lid. Beat for about 1 minute.

Herb Sauce

  • 2 sweet pepper, cut
  • 2 handfuls herbs (parsley, chives, chervil, lovage, basil)
  • 1 – 2 garlic cloves
  • 10 tbsp. Olive oil
  • 1 tsp. Lemon juice
  • Salt, pepper
  • 4 boiled eggs, chopped

Mix all ingredients at levels 1 to 3. Then add the eggs.

Pineapple- Coriander Sauce

  • 1 fresh pineapple, peeled and cut
  • 2 tsp. ginger, grated
  • 2 little chili, cut
  • 1 tbsp. Lemon juice
  • 40g fresh coriander
  • 2 tbsp. Sherry
  • 2 tbsp. Honey
  • 2 tsp. Soy sauce

Mix all ingredients at levels 1 to 4.

Tuscan Bread Sauce

  • 1 big onion, cut
  • 6 garlic cloves
  • ½ cup almonds
  • 3 slices of white bread
  • 1 can whole tomatoes
  • 3 tsp. Olive oil
  • 2 chili, cut
  • ¼ cup white wine vinegar
  • 1 cup vegetable stock
  • 1 tsp. Paprika spice
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • ¼ tsp. ground pepper

Roast gently oil, garlic, and onions on a level. Add the almonds and mix at level 1 for about 15 seconds. Add the other ingredients and mix & cook for about 10 minutes. Then mix the soup on levels 1 to 4 gently.

Fast Ice Cream

  • 300g frozen fruits
  • 100g sugar powder as needed
  • 100g cream
  • Ice cubes made from milk or cream

Mix the fruits, sugar, and cream in steps from 1 to 4 for about 1 minute. Add the ice cubes up to the desired consistency.

Correct Disposal of this product

This marking indicates that this product should not be disposed with other household wastes throughout the EU. To prevent possible harm to the environment or human health from uncontrolled waste disposal, recycle it responsibly to promote the sustainable reuse of material resources. To return your used device, please use the return and collection systems or contact the retailer where the product was purchased. They can take this product for environmentally safe recycling.

Packaging disposal: Do not throw away the package materials. Please put it in the recycling bin.

Gift box: Paper, should be put to the old paper collection point. Plastic packaging material and foils should be collected in special collection containers.
