Product Information

The product is a Tile device that helps users locate their lost items. The device has a battery that can last up to one year, depending on the type of Tile device. The Mate, Sticker, and Slim models have non-replaceable batteries, while the Ultra and Pro models have replaceable CR2032 batteries. The device is designed to be 99% recyclable.

Product Usage Instructions

To use the Tile device:

  1. Press and slide the battery door off.
  2. Use a paperclip to remove the battery.
  3. Replace the battery with a new one if using the Ultra or Pro models.
  4. Visit tile.com for more information on warranty, patents, and environmental considerations.

If you have any issues with your Tile device, please refer to the warranty information on tile.com/warranty.
To dispose of your used Tile device and battery, please take them to your local e-waste center for recycling.

Use and Care

All Tiles are water-resistant. If a Tile needs cleaning, use a damp cloth. Tiles work best between -10°C (14°F) and 60°C (140°F). Exposure to extreme hot or cold temperatures could affect their performance.

CHOKING HAZARD

Tile devices are fun, but they’re not toys. Ultra, Pro and Mate contain coin cell batteries which are hazardous when ingested. Keep batteries out of reach of young children and pets.

Environmental Considerations
Like most technological devices, your Tile devices may contain hazardous substances that could impact health and the environment when misused. Tile devices are 99% recyclable — we encourage recycling your used device and battery by taking them to your local e-waste center. For more information on the collection systems for e-waste, please contact your local or regional waste administration.

Battery Replacement

Warranty Statements

Product warranty is limited to original defects in material and workmanship. The warranty does not cover collateral damage. Due misuse, abuse, incorrect charging and other inappropriate use of this product are not covered under warranty.
This warranty does not cover consumable parts, including batteries, unless damage is due to defects in materials or workmanship of the Product, or software (even if packaged or sold with the Product). Tile recommends that you use only approved/certified batteries.
This product is not a toy or edible. Mobile device casings can interfere with signal strength and decrease Tile’s visibility.

Australia—Warranty Statements

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
