Overview
The LB330 is intended for use in small parking spaces, such as those for two- wheelers and small cars. It is a low-cost barrier with a high-performance DC brushless motor and two arm lengths of 1.5 and 2 meters, as well as a spherical type of boom arm. It also features inbuilt LED lights mostly night lights that turn on when there is a dark light condition; this is controlled by a sensor that detects low light. It has two remote controllers and is compatible with LPR cameras, UHF readers, and biometric devices.
Features and Functionalities
- The fastest operating speed is 5s, the speed can be adjusted according to different boom arm lengths.
- Digital control monitoring supports delay automatic close functions.
- High safety, support power off manually rise boom arm, anti-smash functions.
- The position of the angle of rising/fall can be adjusted, and the digital encoder is adopted to limit the position automatically, replacing the traditional limit structure, and the position control is accurate.
- The barrier boom will rebound when it is blocked.
- Invertibility in left and right direction, simple and compact transmission mechanism, easy to install on site.

Installation Procedure
Installation Precautions
- Install the parking barrier on a flat surface. A cement foundation is required before installation if the ground is not solid and flat.
- It is possible to reduce the length of the boom, but it cannot be increased. After the boom has been cut, it is important to set the spring balance again to achieve a new balance. The bottom of the spring contains two plastic nuts designed to adjust the new balance.
- When the barrier is powered on, do not change the wire connection inside.
- Connect the GND to the cabinet to ensure protection.
Tools Preparation
Make sure you have all the tools that you will need to do the job. The
following is a list of tools that are required:
- Impact Drill
- Adjustable Wrench
- Hammer
- Needle-nose Pliers
- Hexagon Wrench (Allen Key)
- Screwdriver, etc.
3.1 Installation of the Base and the Casing
- Remove the four screws from the casing and the base as shown in the illustration.
- Make sure the wire slot in the centre of the base is pre-opened.
- The base has a downward opening. Fix the location with the expansion screw M10 x 120 after identifying it.
- Place the casing on the base and install and tighten the four screws.
The barrier’s base is shown in the figure below:
5.4 Boom Arm Installation
5.4.1 Boom Arm Installation Procedure
- Install the handlebar head: Make sure the flat key on the main shaft is aligned with the key notch on the handlebar head, then gently tap the handlebar head in place. Please see the figure below.
- Install the centre screw and tighten it.
- Attach the boom arm to the boom holder’s head.
- Install the remaining two screws and tighten them.
- Connect the LED light’s power cord.
Main Control Board Instructions
- Before you begin wiring, make sure the power supply is turned off.
- Make sure that the terminals are securely fastened and that the wiring is secure.
6.1 Control Board External Product Requirement
External product requirements for the control board are:
- Power supply -24V/4 to 10 A;
- Motor type: 24DC Brushless motor.
- Vehicle detector or 12V radar ground sensor.
6.2 Main Board Wiring Diagram
Note: Network cables must not be connected to any of the control board’s external signal lines. Although the network wires have no connectivity issues, they are easily broken after numerous tosses. To reduce the issues caused by line faults, it is advisable to use BVR lines.
6.3 Main control Board Operation
6.3.1 Self-inspection Learning Switch Barrier Limit Method:
- Long press the “key” of the control board for 2 seconds after it begins normally (“190” is displayed). The main board display value decreases as the barrier moves in the direction of closing the gate. The main board display returns to “190” when the motor reaches the closing limit, and the closing self-check is completed.
- Press and hold the “On” button on the main board for 2 seconds after the shutdown self-check is done. The display value on the main board increases as the gate moves in the gate opening direction. The main board buzzer beeps for a long time when the motor reaches its open limit. The self-check for the opening is now complete, and the gate can be used normally.
6.3.2 Operation Steps of the Main Board Buttons:
- Press and hold the main board menu button until L-1 is appearing.
- To select the menu directory, press the “On” or “Close” key on the mainboard. If you need to enter this directory, press the “Menu” key on the mainboard once.
- if you need to modify a catalogue parameter, after accessing the menu catalogue, hit the “No” and “Off” keys to increase or decrease this menu parameter, once the
alteration is complete, if you need to change other catalogue parameters, click the “Menu” key once to return to the previous menu catalogue. Return to the main menu and proceed with the second step. If you do not alter any other settings, you may save and exit the menu by pressing the “Confirm” key on the mainboard.

Troubleshooting
NO | Failure Description | Ana lysisand Solution |
---|---|---|
1 | If there is a power failure. | To open the barrier, we can manually lift the |
gate lever gently.
2| The automatic function cannot lift the gate lever.| To open the gate, turn
off the electricity and slowly lift the boom arm as described in the previous
paragraph.
3| The self-inspection is
unsuccessful and the barriers are not operating normally.| Check to see if the
L-d motor’s left and right rotation modes are compatible with the current
motor. After changing the parameters, you can restart the main board to re-
check the self-check.
4| The barrier rod is not in the vertical or horizontal position.| Adjust the
parameters of the main board menu L-9 or L6 (please refer to the parameter
table for menu functions).
5| The barrier rod is not in the
vertical or horizontal position| Set the L-18 parameter of the main board to
1, if the relay will act once when it is opened (or closed), it means it has
been opened (or closed).
If the motor steps moving while the barrier is in position, it indicates it is
in place. If the barrier is still in place and the motor is still operating,
you must modify the L-6 or L-9 parameter.
6| The rebound function fails when there is resistance.| Check if the L-C
parameter will rebound in the face of resistance (the main board parameter is
greater than 100, and the rebound function will fail).
The mainboard must be opened to the position and closed to the position twice
to run, and the rebound function will only activate when it detects resistance
after the mainboard self-check is successful or after entering and exiting the
menu.
7| During regular functioning, the barriers unexpectedly reverse their
orientation.| Increase the value of the L-C rebound function parameter when is
encounters resistance.
