Overview

The Canon Printer All in One PIXMA G3420 is a refillable ink tank printer that offers tremendous volume, low-cost printing. It comes with two black ink bottles that can yield up to 12,000 pages (26% more in Economy mode) or 7,700 pages with a single set of color bottles. It offers high quality at speed with pigment black ink ensuring pinsharp text and dye color inks delivering vivid color photos. It has a print speed of 9.1 ipm in black and 5 ipm in color. The printer can handle diverse media and even print banners up to 1.2 meters in length. It also has a user-replaceable maintenance cartridge that ensures dependable, day after day performance. The refill ink tanks are easy to maintain and refill using handy non-squeeze bottles with unique key type nozzles that ensure each ink bottle can only refill its equivalent tank. The printer also offers smart connectivity options to print, scan, copy and connect to the cloud via the Canon PRINT app and PIXMA Cloud Link, and print directly from smart devices via AirPrint (iOS) and Mopria (Android).

Product Usage Instructions

Plug in the printer to a power source and turn it on.
Connect the printer to your computer or smart device via Wi-Fi or USB cable.
Load plain paper or photo paper into the paper tray.
Open the ink tank cover and fill the ink tanks with the provided ink bottles. Make sure to use the correct color for each tank.
Close the ink tank cover and wait for the printer to prime the ink system.
Install the printer drivers and software on your computer or smart device.
Open the document or photo you want to print and select the printer from your list of available printers.
Select your print settings, such as paper size, orientation, and quality.
Click “Print” and wait for the printer to finish printing your document or photo.
If you need to scan a document or photo, place it on the scanner bed and select the scanner option on your computer or smart device. Follow the on-screen instructions to scan your document or photo.
If you need to make a copy of a document or photo, place it on the scanner bed and select the copy option on your printer. Follow the on-screen instructions to make your copy.
