Introduction

Connect the contact points of the magnetic charging cable to the contact points of the watch to charge and activate the device.

Pairing

**** In your phone’s app store, search for “VeryFit” and install it. In the app interface, set your
personal information, as well as your daily step and weight goals.
In order to bind the watch to your phone, start VeryFit app, enable Bluetooth on your phone and when asked, grant VeryFit the permission to use GPS. Light up the watch screen and bring it closer to your phone. Tap “More” icon in the upper right corner, select “Add Device”, select the device category, and select the device you wish to link in the corresponding search list. Then confirm the binding request on the watch and fill in your information in the app, if you didn’t do it before.

Please connect to mobile phone correctly.

Exercise

**** The watch automatically records your data. You can manually measure your heart rate, SpO2 and stress level on the watch, moreover it can monitor your heart rate and sleep throughout the day. You can manually operate it or set it to automatically monitor your health all the time.
In order to start an exercise, select “Sports” in the watches’ list of apps, select an icon of desired activity, set the goal and then start your exercise.

Basic Operations

Features

**** Watch Face

You can switch between different watch faces in the dial settings in the VeryFit app. You can download and install more watch faces there as well.

Sports

There are 14 exercise modes: Outdoor run, indoor run, outdoor walk, indoor walk, outdoor cycling, indoor cycling, hiking, cricket, pool swimming, open water swimming, yoga, rower, elliptical, workout.
You may choose to hide or display desired exercises in the VeryFit app.
The ID206 intelligent exercise recognition function is able to tell if the user is running or walking. This function can be enabled or disabled in the app. The ID206 exercise summary includes a variety of exercise data, and detailed data can be viewed in the VeryFit app.

Application List

Swipe up or down to select an icon. Available functions: Messages, health data, workout, heart rate measurement, stress level measurement, SpO2 measurement, sleep, relax, music, time and settings.

Alexa

Using the Alexa app, you can enter the login interface. Jump to the Amazon dedicated Alexa account login interface for account binding authorization. After binding the accounts, you can view part of the operation introduction and set different languages. Click the log out button to log out of Alexa, you can login again at any time.

The watch is Alexa-enabled. On listening interface, if you ask a question or say a voice command, it turns to the thinking interface and answers or executes the command. Currently, you can turn on the stopwatch, alarm clock, countdown and event reminder services on the watch using Alexa.

A corresponding prompt is displayed if the request is timed out, the voice was not recognized, the account is not logged in, the network connection is unstable or the Bluetooth is not connected.

Health Data

The watch supports the viewing of daily goals (number of steps, burnt calories, distance travelled and active time).

Heart Rate

The watch supports viewing of all-day measurement data. You can select the measurement frequency and enable or disable this in the app settings.

Please be patient while waiting for the heart measurement every time you access the application. Keep your arms and wrists still during the measurement.

Stress Level

Please be patient while waiting for the stress level measurement every time you access the application. Keep your arms and wrists still during the measurement.

Blood Oxygen

Please be patient while waiting for the blood oxygen level measurement every time you access the application. Keep your arms and wrists still during the measurement.

Sleep

You can view your most recent sleep record and a display of your sleep quality in various sleep stages.

Relax

Enter the relax app and choose the desired duration. Click to start, then follow the vibration frequency and animation instructions to adjust your breathing, which helps you relax.

Stopwatch

A stopwatch can be set on the watch, and you can also set lap times in the stopwatch.

Alarm

You can add, delete, enable or disable alarms on the watch. You can set alarms in the app and send them to the watch. You can also label alarms to identify them.
You can set snooze durations and number of snoozes in the app.

Timer

You can set a timer with a pre-set duration on the watch, and the timer will remind you when the time is up. You can also customize the time on the timer.

Weather

Supports three-day weather viewing. You can view today’s current weather, maximum and minimum temperatures of the day, as well as maximum and minimum temperatures in next two days.

Music

When the watch is connected to the app, you may use the watch to control the following functions on your phone’s music player: Next/previous track, play/pause, increase/decrease music volume.
You may choose to display or hide this function in the app settings.

Exercise Records

You can view your most recent 50 exercise records on the watch, including detailed exercise data. You can also view the exercise records in the app.

Find My Phone

You can mare your phone ring using the watch when the watch is connected to the app. Click the icon to stop the ringing.
You may choose to display or hide this function in the app settings.

Settings

In the settings app, you can configure the wrist-up wake screen function, real-time heart rate measurement and do not disturb switch on the watch; you can switch locally stored watch faces on the watch; you can set the watch brightness and screen timeout duration on the watch. You can also set a switch to reduce the brightness at night. You can choose to turn the watch off, restart or restore the watch to the factory settings. (All of the data in the watch will be deleted after restoring to the factory settings, and the watch will no longer be paired with your phone.)

Messages

The watch supports multiple reminder modes, including messages reminder, incoming call reminders, movement reminders, hydration reminders, exercise goal reminders, exercise heart rate warning reminders and so on.

Common Problems

**** What shall I do if I have problems with connection or notifications?

You should try resetting connection of your device with the following instructions:

Why don’t I receive notifications from some apps?

There can be two issues:

Why can’t I find the device?

Since the wristband is not found in the Bluetooth broadcast, make sure the wristband is in power and activated and is not connected to any other phones. Then, put the wristband close to the phone. If it is still not working, restart the mobile phone.

Why should the wristband be worn more tightly when measuring heart rate?

The wristband uses light reflection principle, penetrates the skin through the light source and collects the signal reflected to the sensor to calculate your heart rate. If you don’t wear it tightly, there will be ambient light reaching into the sensor, which will affect measurement accuracy.

Is the wristband waterproof?

The device supports IP67 certification standard. It means that you can immerse device for 30 minutes into one-meter depth. Practically, it means that this device shall withstand light rain or washing hands. Device with this certification is not waterproof in streams of water, against high pressure or high-temperature water.

Does the Bluetooth connection need to be opened all the time? Is there

any data after disconnection?

Before the data is synchronized, the data is kept on the wristband host (seven days of data can be retained). When the Bluetooth connection of the wristband and the mobile phone is successful, the wristband data will be automatically uploaded to the mobile phone. Please synchronize data to the mobile phone on a regular basis.

Warranty Conditions
