to you. Just send the defect bracket including your proof of purchase directly
back to us. you don’t need to contact your distributor. on the package itself
you just note “20 years warranty”. you will receive replacement free of cost
and postage from us. In the case the article sent is not available anymore,
you will receive the successor model automatically.
