Product Information

The K-850 is a drop-in bath with a size of 60 x 32 inches. It comes with a drain trim that needs to be purchased separately. The bath drain trim can be K-23856 1- /2 cable pop-up bath drain or K-23857 Bath drain trim. It is recommended to use the required products/accessories to ensure proper installation of the product. The product meets ASME A112.19.1/CSA B45.2 ASTM F462 ADA ICC/ANSI A117.1 codes/standards. The product also comes with detailed warranty information available on the Kohler website. The bath is in various colors and finishes.

Product Usage Instructions

The K-850 can be installed as a drop-in, under-mount, or three-wall alcove. The drain location is at the end of the bath. The basin area bottom measures 40-1/2 x 20 inches, and the top basin area measures 52-3/4 x 24 inches. The bath has a water depth of 13-5/8 inches and a water capacity of 60 gallons. The minimum flat for the door is 18-1/4 inches, and the cutout dimensions for drop-in installations are 58-1/2 x 30-1/2 inches. Under-mount installations require the K-586 template, which is sold separately. Installations will vary, so it is recommended to measure the actual product for rough-in details before installation. The hot water supply should be 70% of the capacity of the bath or greater for optimal usage. The product is ADA compliant when installed according to specific regulations.
