My Pryzm APP

Product Information: My Pryzm APP

The My Pryzm APP is a mobile application that allows users to control their Pryzm fireplace remotely. With the My Pryzm APP, users can turn on/off the fireplace, adjust the flame and fuel bed, and set heating schedules. The My Pryzm APP can be downloaded for free from the App Store or Google Play Store.

Product Usage Instructions: My Pryzm APP

Here are the step-by-step instructions for using the My Pryzm APP:

Download and Register an Account

1. Download the My Pryzm APP.
2. Click Sign Up.
3. Choose your country. Enter your mobile number or a valid Email address to get verification code.
4. Enter the verification code.

Add Device

1. Click Add Device or +.
2. Click My Pryzm.
3. Select Wi-Fi network and enter the password. Click Next.

4. Turn on the appliance, then press and hold the Wi-Fi button until you hear 3 beeps. The Wi-Fi indicator and fuel bed start to flash.
5. Choose the EZ Mode, confirm the indicator is flashing and click Next.

6. Start to add device.
7. Added. Fuel bed becomes in green and stops to flash.
8. Click Done to complete pairing.

1. If the pairing is failed in EZ Mode, please try AP Mode.

9. Press the WiFi buon, you will hear 3 beeps, then keep pressing unl you hear other 5 beeps and the indicator flashes quickly.

10. Choose the AP Mode, co-nfirm the indicator is fla-shing and click “Next”.

11. Click “Go to Connect”.

12. Choose a WiFi called “Sm-artLife-XXX”.

13. Go back to the APP. Start to add device.
14. Adding device.
15. 15 Added. Fuel bed becom- es in green and stops to flash.

16. Select the right home, click the name of fireplace to enter the homescreen.

Function Instructions

• Flame Mode: Adjust the flame height of the fireplace.
• Heater Mode: Adjust the temperature of the fireplace.

• Flame Adjustment: Adjust the flame color of the fireplace.

• Fuel Bed Adjustment: Adjust the fuel bed color of the fireplace.

• Down Light Adjustment: Adjust the down light color of the fireplace.

• Mood Light Adjustment: Adjust the mood light color of the fireplace.

• Set Flame Program: Set up to 4 time periods a day with 3 different weekly schedules.

• Set Heater Program: Set up to 4 time periods a day with 3 different weekly schedules

• Manual Heating Adjustment: Adjust the temperature manually.
• Temperature Unit: Switch between Celsius and Fahrenheit.

• Timer: Set a timer for the fireplace.

Rename Your Device

1. Click Edit Device Name on the device page.
2. Create a new name for your device.

Create a Home

1. Click Home Management.

2. Click Create a home.

3. Enter home name, select home location and rooms, Click Save.

4. Click Done, the home successfully created.

Add member

1. Select “Me” → “Home Management” → “Name of Home” “Home Sengs”. Select “Add Member”.
   NOTE: DownLoad the APP for your new member firstly.

2. Select 1: “APP account”.
   NOTE: It’s the new member’s account, not your own’s.

3. Select “Others” to get invitaon code. Then go to “Me > Home Management > Join Home” and enter the code. Select the Home and ready for operate the appliance.

Share Device

1. Click Edit Device Sharing on the device page.
2. Click Add Sharing.

3. Select APP account or others.
4. Get the message.

Download the APP and Register an account

1. 1 Download “My Pryzm” APP.
2. Click “Sign Up”.

3. Choose your country. Enter your mobile number or a valid Email address to get verificaon code.
4. Enter the verificaon code.
