User’s Manual–Read before using this equipment
Thank you for purchasing the Infra-Heat Massage Magnetic Cushion™ by Wagan Tech®. With normal care and proper treatment, it will provide years of reliable service. Please read all operating instructions carefully before use.
WARNING-READ ALL DIRECTIONS BEFORE USING
- The unit should NEVER be left unattended when plugged in. Unplug the power cord from the electrical outlet or vehicle cigarette lighter socket immediately after using.
- Always unplug the unit before cleaning.
- Failure to unplug the unit while the vehicle is off may deplete your vehicle’s battery.
- DO NOT use this product for more than 20 minutes at a time.
- If excessive heating should occur, discontinue use and allow the unit to cool before operating. Extensive use could lead to the product’s excessive heating and shorten the product’s life.
- Use this appliance only for its intended use as described in this manual.
- Keep dry– DO NOT operate in a wet, moist environment, or around water.
- DO NOT reach for an appliance that has fallen into water. Unplug it immediately.
- NEVER use pins or other metallic fasteners with this appliance.
- DO NOT insert or probe with any object into any opening.
- NEVER operate this appliance if it has a damaged cord or plug.
- To avoid damaging internal components, DO NOT wrap the power cord around the unit or place heavy objects on any part of the unit that my crush its mechanisms.
- Keep cord away from heated surfaces.
- DO NOT operate where aerosol (spray) products are being used or where oxygen is being administered.
- Close supervision is necessary when this appliance is used by, on, or near children or disabled persons.
- DO NOT operate under a blanket or pillow. Excessive heating can occur and cause fire, electrocution, or injury to persons.
- NEVER use while sleeping or fall asleep while using the product.
- If you have any concerns regarding your health, consult your doctor before using this product.
- Individuals with pacemakers should consult a doctor before use.
- NEVER use this product directly on swollen or inflamed areas or skin lesions.
- This product should NEVER be used by any individual suffering from any physical ailment that would limit the user’s capacity to operate the controls or who has sensory deficiencies in the lower half of their body.
- DO NOT use on insensitive skin or on a person with poor blood circulation.
- DO NOT use this product as a substitute for medical attention.
- DO NOT use on an infant, child, disabled person, sleeping, or unconscious person.
- This appliance is designed for personal, non-professional use only.

CARE & MAINTENANCE
- Before cleaning, remove the power cord from the outlet and allow unit to cool.
- Wipe with a soft cloth. DO NOT use abrasive cleaners, solvents, or harsh detergents. Never submerge the unit in any liquid.
- Place massager in a safe, dry, and cool place. Avoid contact with sharp edges or pointed objects which might cut or puncture the surface.
WAGAN Corp. Limited Warranty
The WAGAN Corp. warranty is limited to products sold only in the United States.
All Wagan Tech products must be registered within (30) days of purchase to activate its warranty. To register your product, please visit http://tinyurl.com/ wagan warranty. Be sure to keep the original receipt as it will be required when returning a product under the warranty.
Warranty Duration: This product is warranted to the original purchaser for a period of one (1) year from the original purchase date, to be free of defects in material and workmanship. WAGAN Corporation disclaims any liability for consequential damages. In no event will WAGAN Corporation be responsible for any amount of damages beyond the amount paid for the product at retail.
Warranty Performance: During the above one (1) year warranty period, a product with a defect will be replaced with a comparable model when the product is returned to WAGAN Corporation with an original store receipt. The replacement product will be in warranty for the balance of the original one (1) year warranty period.
To return a defective item, please contact WAGAN Corporation at 800-231-5806 to obtain a Returned Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#), and return instructions. Each item returned will require a separate RMA#. After you have received the RMA# and the return instructions from WAGAN Corporation, please follow the instructions and send the item with PREPAID SHIPPING, along with all of the required documentation, a complete explanation of the problem, your name, address and daytime phone number. WAGAN Corporation will, at its option, replace or repair the defective part.
A Returned Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) is REQUIRED when sending in any defective item. WAGAN Corporation is not responsible for any item(s) returned without an official Returned Merchandise Authorization number. The item(s) must be returned with prepaid shipping. WAGAN Corporation is not responsible for any shipping charges incurred in returning the item(s) back to the company for repair or replacement. This warranty is void if the product has been damaged by accident, in shipment, unreasonable use, misuse, neglect, improper service, commercial use, repairs by unauthorized personnel or other causes not arising out of defects in materials or workmanship. This warranty does not extend to any units which have been used in violation of written instructions furnished.
Warranty Disclaimers: This warranty is in lieu of all warranties expressed or implied and no representative or person is authorized to assume any other liability in connection with the sale of our products. There shall be no claims for defects or failure of performance or product failure under any theory of tort, contract or commercial law including, but not limited to negligence, gross negligence, strict liability, breach of warranty and breach of contract.
