Product Information

The nVent CADDY Conduit Trapeze CCT4 range is a fast and cost-effective method to install larger feeder circuits of conduit in overhead trapeze installations. The CCT4 series reduces installation time and material cost by eliminating the need for traditional fasteners, making it an ideal solution for contractors looking to maximize installation efficiency.

The Conduit Trapeze CCT4 is made of steel and pregalvanized with EMT Conduit Size: 4 and Rigid Conduit Size: 4. It comes in four different lengths – 12 inches, 24 inches, 36 inches, and 96 inches – and can support a maximum load of up to 600 lbs with evenly distributed load ratings ranging from 450 lbs to 650 lbs depending on the fastener spacing.

Product Usage

  1. Choose the appropriate length of the Conduit Trapeze CCT4 based on your needs and the length of your installation.
  2. Determine the orientation you need for your installation – horizontal or vertical.
  3. Select the appropriate mounting fastener based on your orientation – 1/2 Threaded Rod for a horizontal orientation or 1/2 Fastener for a vertical orientation.
  4. Place the CCT4 series conduit trapeze in the desired position where you want to install it.
  5. Insert the conduits into the CCT4 trapeze series and secure them in place using the provided hole sizes as per your requirement.
  6. Ensure that the load rating of the CCT4 series trapeze is not exceeded when installing conduits.
  7. For horizontal orientation, use a 1/2 threaded rod to mount the CCT4 series trapeze. For vertical orientation, use a 1/2 fastener to mount the CCT4 series trapeze.
