Introduction
To get the most out of your new 2-in-1 high-pressure cleaner, please read through these instructions before use. We also recommend that you save the instructions in case you need to refer to them at a later date.

Special safety instructions

  • The high-pressure cleaner is intended for cleaning and washing and must not be used for any other purpose.

  • The high-pressure cleaner may be used by people with reduced sensitivity, physical
    or mental disability, as long as they are supervised or have been instructed in the use of equipment in a safe manner and have thus understood the associated risks. Never allow children to use the high-pressure cleaner.

  • Children must be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the high-pressure cleaner.

  • Do not leave the high-pressure cleaner with the battery inserted or with detergent in the container.

  • Always use protective goggles and ear protectors when using the high-pressure cleaner.

  • In the event of a malfunction, turn off the high-pressure cleaner immediately and remove the battery so as not to make the situation worse.

  • Never switch the high-pressure cleaner on if it is not connected to a suitable and open water supply. The pump unit must not run empty!

  • Never use the high-pressure cleaner with hot water. The high-pressure cleaner must not be exposed to frost.

  • Only use clean or  ltered clean water in the high-pressure cleaner. The high-pressure cleaner must not be used with the suction hose unless the lter on the suction opening is  tested, clean and undamaged.

  • Keep other people and animals away from the area while using the high-pressure cleaner.

  • Never direct the high-pressure cleaner at people or animals.

  • Be aware that the jet can cause gravel, pebbles and other materials to be thrown up with great force!

  • Never direct the water jet from the high-pressure cleaner at people, animals or fragile objects, such as windows. Always check that the item to be cleaned can tolerate high-

  • pressure cleaning before starting.

  • Never direct the jet at electrical installations, as this may result in a risk of injury or electric shock.

  • Always maintain an rm grip on the high-pressure cleaner during use, to avoid sudden movements in the hose causing you to drop it.

  • Follow all the instructions on the packaging or the data sheet for the cleaning product.

  • Never the container with amiable liquids as a cleaning agent.

  • Do not allow the hose to come into contact with sharp edges, heat sources or oil.

  • Do not break, stretch, squeeze or step on the hose.

  • Do not position the hose so that someone could trip over it.

  • Check that the hose, all couplings and the cleaner are in good condition before use, and do not use if they are not.

  • Use only spare parts and accessories as recommended by the manufacturer.

  • The high-pressure cleaner must not be Modi ed in any way.

  • Always remove the battery from the high-pressure cleaner after use, before connecting or disconnecting accessories, adjusting the nozzle and before cleaning the high-pressure cleaner.

  • Never walk around with the high-pressure cleaner with your  nger on the on/off button, as this may lead to accidental activation.

Safety instructions for battery and charger

  • Do not try to charge other batteries using the charger even if they have the same speci cations as the battery provided.

  • Do not try to charge the batteries using a diff erent charger even if it has the same speci cations as the charger provided.

  • Protect the charger’s and the battery’s terminals when the parts are not in use. If they come into contact with liquids, metal parts or other conductive materials, the charger or battery may short circuit.

  • Never use the charger if the battery, charger or cord is damaged.

  • The battery must only be charged indoors at an ambient temperature of 5-40 °C.

  • The battery and charger may get hot during charging. This is completely normal.

  • Use only batteries and chargers that are designed for this machine.
    Batteries

  • Must not be opened under any circumstances.

  • Must not be stored in places where the temperature may exceed 40 °C.

  • May only be charged at an ambient temperature of between 4 °C and 40 °C.

  • Batteries must be disposed of in accordance with the applicable regulations.

  • Make sure they cannot be short-circuited. If a connection is created between the positive (+) and the negative (-) pole, directly or due to accidental contact with metal objects, the battery will short-circuit. The result will be a very high current, which generates heat and can cause are, or the battery to crack.

  • Must not be heated. If the batteries
    are heated to above 100 °C, the seal and dividing plates and other polymer components may be damaged as a result of electrolyte seepage and/or internal short circuit, which will result in the generation of heat that may cause cracks in the battery or are. The batteries must not be burned, as this may cause an explosion and/or severe burns.

  • Under extreme conditions, the battery may leak. If you notice liquid on the battery, do the following:

  • Carefully wipe off the liquid with a cloth. Avoid contact with the skin.

  • If the liquid gets on your skin or in your eyes, follow these steps:

    • Rinse immediately with water. Neutralise with a mild acid such as lemon juice or vinegar.
  • If you get liquid in your eyes, rinse thoroughly with plenty of water for at least ten minutes. Consult a doctor.

Safety symbols

  • Read the instructions before use!
  • Always use eye protection!
  • Always use ear protection!
  • May only be connected to drinking water supplies where there can be no back flow.
  • Guaranteed noise level.
  • Some cleaning products may be corrosive! Read the instructions on the product’s packaging.
  • Prevent the risk of personal injury due to electric shock.

Risk of fire! Do not short-circuit the contacts on a disconnected battery. Do not burn the battery.

Chargers

  • Do not attempt to charge disposable batteries.
  • Ensure defective cables are replaced immediately.
  • Keep away from water.
  • The charger must not be opened.
  • Never insert anything into the charger.
  • The charger is only intended for indoor use.

NB!
The battery is not fully charged on delivery. It must be charged fully prior to initial use. The battery only reaches its full capacity once it has been charged and discharged around 5 times. If the battery is not to be used for a prolonged period, you must charge it up to 50-70% before storing it and then recharge it again every three months.

Charging
Press the lock button on the battery and remove the battery from the machine.
Insert the battery into the charger so that it clicks into place. The battery can only turn one way.
Insert the plug from the charger into the mains socket.
The red indicator light on the charger will come on while the battery is charging. One charge takes approx. one hour.

Once the red indicator light on the charger goes out and the green indicator light comes on, the battery is fully charged.
Unplug the charger. Press the lock button on the battery down and pull the battery out of the charger.

Checking the battery charging status
The battery is equipped with a test button and a charge status indicator with 3 LEDs. Press the test button and read off the battery charge status from the lit LEDs:

Green, orange, red High capacity
Orange, red Medium capacity
Red Low capacity, recharge the battery

Preparation

Connection to tap
Connect a garden hose to the tap and turn on the water. Turn off the water once the garden hose is vented and there is an even jet of water coming out of it.
Connect the garden hose to the hose coupling (4) on the high-pressure cleaner.
Connecting a suction hose
Check that the lter on the suction hose (11) is clean and intact.
Submerge the suction hose in the rainwater tank or similar from which the water is to be sucked, and make sure that the suction hose is completely filled with water.
Secure the suction hose so that it cannot be accidentally removed from the rainwater tank.
Connect the suction hose to the hose coupling (4) on the high-pressure cleaner.

Fitting the lance or container attachment
If necessary,  all the containers (6) with an eco-friendly cleaning agent.
Attach the container attachment (7) or lance (9) to the high-pressure cleaner using the bayonet socket.

Adjusting the nozzle
Turn the nozzle (8) on the lance (9) to select one of the six settings:

Fitting the battery
Push the battery (13) into the battery holder (5) and check that it clicks into place.
Use
Push the safety button (2) in and press the on/off button (3) to switch the high-pressure cleaner on. You can then release the safety button.
Aim the jet at the object that needs to be cleaned or washed.
Release the on/off button again to turn the high-pressure cleaner off .
If you have fnished using the high-pressure cleaner and there is still detergent in the container, all the container with clean water and turn on the high-pressure cleaner to rinse it through.

Cleaning and maintenance

  • Remove the battery from the high-pressure cleaner!

  • Disconnect the high-pressure cleaner from the water supply.

  • Empty the container of detergent.

  • The high-pressure cleaner must not be cleaned using water or liquids.

  • Clean the high-pressure cleaner by wiping exterior parts with a damp cloth or a soft brush.

  • Ensure the ventilation slots (1) are kept free of dust and dirt.

  • Never use corrosive or abrasive detergents, as they may attack the plastic parts of the machine.

  • Then rinse the nozzles in clean water. If a nozzle is clogged, it can be cleaned with a safety pin.

  • Empty the garden hose or suction hose of water.

  • Clean the filter on the suction hose.

  • Store the high-pressure cleaner and accessories in a dry, dust-free, frost-free place.
