Do not try to charge other batteries using the charger even if they have the
same specifi cations as the battery provided.
Do not try to charge the battery using a diff erent charger even if it has the
same specifi cations as the charger provided.
Protect the charger’s and the battery’s terminals when the parts are not in
use. If they come into contact with liquids, metal parts or other conductive
materials, the charger or battery may short circuit.
Never use the charger if the battery, charger or cord is damaged.
The battery must only be charged indoors at an ambient temperature of 10-40
°C.
The battery and charger may get hot during charging. This is completely
normal.
Use only batteries and chargers that are specifically designed for these
pruning shears.
Make sure that the battery is never completely discharged and avoid
overloading the pruning shears, otherwise the battery may be permanently
damaged.
When the performance of the pruning shears drops markedly, charge the battery
before continuing work.
A built-in circuit shuts off the battery if it is in danger of becoming
overloaded. If this happens, do not attempt to use the pruning shears until
the battery has cooled down and fully charged.
If the battery is not to be used for a prolonged period, you must charge the
battery before storing it at 15-40 °C and then recharge it again every three
