Assembly
Please refer to the illustrations at the back of the user instructions.
Step 1
Check that all the parts are included – see manual.
Step 2
Take the 2 braces (7) and attach them to the container (1).
Step 3
Then attach the support leg (5) and secure it using 4 nuts (11) and 4 bolts
(10).
Step 4
Attach the handlebar (4) to the braces (7) using 2 bolts (12) and nuts (11).
Step 5
Attach the handle to the handlebar section using 2 bolts (12) and 2 nuts (11).
Step 6
Attach the wire securely under the base of the container and secure it using
the 2 small screws provided.
Step 7
The gear housing (2) is placed under container (1).
Step 8
The wheels (8) are fitted to the crossbar (6) on both sides of the braces (7)
using a split pin (14) and a washer (13) on each side. Then attach the
supplied hubcaps (9).
Step 9
Insert the B split pin (15) into the bottom of the container.
Step 10
Check the cable and loosen or tighten it if necessary. Attach the rubber valve
(16) to the bolts (10+12).
