MicroSD card specifications: 32GB to 128GB, Class 1 O or above.
When using the MicroSD card, better format it to FAT32 on the PC. If there is no FAT32, other file format (NTFS or exFAT) is fine as well. If you are not sure how to format the card, kindly search “how to format MicroSD card on PC” on line or contact our customer support.
Connect the camera with the suction mount as shown below, then check if it’s well connected.
Remove the protective film and attach the suction mount to the front windshield behind the rear view mirror. Turn the knob in the direction shown to secure the suction mount in its firm position.
Use the car charger cable to connect the camera to the cigarette lighter socket. The wiring below is for your reference.

Important Functions Introduction
Parking Monitoring
Please turn off this function while driving. With on, the device will automatically record whenever it detects car vibration. Using of the Parking Guard for long time periods will require a Type-C hardwired connection for the dash cam, in order to connect it to the ACC and GND of the fuse box safely and to provide the ongoing power required. Kits for this can be purchased separately.
Headlight Warning
If the headlights dim or are otherwise outside of normal parameters, the camera will show a flashing icon and deliver an audible warning to alert the driver to the anomaly.
About GPS
The GPS function is an additional function of this product. If you purchase an external GPS antenna that is compatible with this product, you can use this function. You can usually find the purchase information of the matching GPS antenna on the product page where you purchased the GD300 dash cam.
