Product Information

The Sensi V3 is a smart speaker that can be controlled using a mobile app. It has a factory reset button that can be used to reset the device if it fails to operate correctly. The device complies with part 15 of the FCC Rules and should be installed and operated with a minimum distance of 20cm between the radiator and the user’s body.

Product Configuration

The Sensi V3 has a main button that can be used to light up the LED or reset the device if held down for a long press. The factory reset button can be used to perform a factory reset if the device fails to operate correctly.

Usage Instructions

  1. First Setting up your Sensi.
  2. Once the Sensi is powered on, the LED will turn cyan, then turn white and lasts 12 seconds. Sensi will pairing default WiFi at the same time. LED will turn to blue after pairing. Within a working cycle, the green light lasts for 30s and the red light flashes once.
  3. Set up Sensi for the second time after Factory Reset
  4. Download the Third Reality App Visit the Apple App Store or Google Play Store to download the Third Reality App. The app will guide you through some quick steps to sign up or login.
  5. Set up Sensi Power on your Sensi, Open the app, in the Device interface choose+select Type as Smart Speaker and follow the pairing instructions.
  6. Troubleshooting Factory Reset
  7. If your Smart Speaker fails to operate correctly, you can perform a factory reset:
  8. Press and hold Factory Reset button for 20 seconds with a needle to reset the system.
  9. When the LED turns yellow, release the hold.
  10. Wait for a few seconds, you can see the light change from yellow to cyan, then white.
  11. Pair Sensi again in the Third Reality App.
