Location of placement

Please select a location according to the following conditions This product is for indoor use only

Location selection

  • The Unit should be placed with a distance of not less than 25cm from the wall.
  • A place without direct sunlight.
  • Choose a non-sloping surface, where there is no danger of falling.
  • A strong supportive surface.
  • There is no danger of falling objects.

Places not to be placed

  • outdoors places exposed to the sun, wind and rain.
  • where moisture and dust can easily accumulate.
  • easy to absorb moisture, tatami, pile blanket, etc.
  • near the furnace and other heaters with open fire and high tem perature.
  • near the easily ignited articles such as alcohol, petroleum a nd propane gas.

Please confirm the following before use
Please remove all packing materials

  • Remove the handling precautions paper and paper pad under the disposer bucket.
  • Install 4 non-slip rubber pads at the bottom of the machine.

Usage

For safety, please use in accordance with the procedure

  1. Connected to the power supply, the bottom of the fuselage will flash blue light momentarily. Rotate the lid counterclockwise until the arrow points to the position of the unlock mark to open the cover.

  2. Take out the inner bucket.

  3. Strain out the water and oil from kitchen waste and put the waste into inner bucket. The kitchen waste should not exceed the maximum fill line on the top of bucket.

  4. Align the screw bulge of the inner bucket with the bulge line on the inner wall side below the power button side, and place straight down.NAGUALEP-NA-2-Home-Kitchen-Waste-Disposer-fig-9 Adjustment method of inner bucket
    After loading the inner bucket, if its upper end is higher than the bottom edge of the air vent (the lid cannot be locked), manually twist the axial-flow propeller until a “click” sound is heard. When the upper end of the bucket is lower than the bottom edge of the air vent, the adjustment is completed and the inner bucket is loaded rightly.

  5. Align the lid arrow with the unlocking mark (hollow dot) and place it horizontally, and turn it clockwise to the position of the locking mark.

  6. Touch the power switch, blue light up at the bottom of the Main Unit, and the machine will start running.NAGUALEP-NA-2-Home-Kitchen-Waste-Disposer-fig-11

  7. After the processing is completed, the machine will stop running, the blue light at the bottom of the main machine will be off, and no operating sound.

Precautions during operation
During operation, the exhaust air and the main unit may become hot. Do not touch to prevent burns. If the main unit is moved or the cover is opened during operation, the safety device is triggered and operation will be temporarily stopped.

Objects can’t be put in for safe use
This product is for household use. Can only process food waste.

  • Please do not throw in anything other than kitchen waste.
  • Please do not put it into commercial purposes or use it for t he purpose other than drying.
  • Please filter out the water and oil in the kitchen waste befor e disposal (too much oil cannot be dried).

Handle standards for better use

  • This product evaporates the water of kitchen waste through high-temperature drying and low-speed grinding, and the gas is deodorized and filtered before being discharged.
  • The amount of kitchen waste in one treatment should not exceed the indication line in the upper part of the inner bucket.
  • The amount of kitchen waste to be treated at one time should exceed the height of the stirring propeller.
  • Rice, noodles, bananas, corn, potatoes and other foods that contain more sugar and starch should not be treated inde pendently. They should be mixed with other food wastes, otherwise, they may be burnt.
  • Granular non-sticky kitchen waste (peas, peanuts, corn kernels, beans) can not be treated independently, so it can’t be ground easily. It should be mixed with other food wastes.
  • The processing time of vegetables and fruits with more water will be longer.
  • Foods with high oil content, such as fish and fried foods, can ‘t be completely dried, and oil will remain.
  • Inadequate drying, odor during treatment, which is not a faul t, can be treated again or change the carbon filter.
  • Please take out the processed results every time after use.
  • The processed results can be used as the raw material of organic fertilizer by mixing with soil, the growth of plants needs balanced nutrients, thus it can be well used in gardening .
  • Even if the food waste is not dry enough, for safety, it will stop running after five hours.
  • The following picture shows the target reference time of using this product to treat kitchen waste.

The actual time will vary according to the type, quantity and draining state of kitchen waste

Maintenance method

Main Unit
Gently wipe the external surface of the equipment with a wet rag. Please wipe off the dirt with a dry and soft cloth.

Do not let the main unit soak in water

Bucket

  • Always take it out of the main machine before maintenance.
  • Wash it by hand or dishwasher.
    • The inner bucket is coated with Teflon coating. Please do not use sponges, hard brushes, metal brushes, etc. , which will damage the coating and lead to breakage.
  • After cleaning, dry it with a soft cloth or let it dry naturally.

Activated carbon filter

Replacement Time of Activated Carbon Filter
The replacement standard is every 6 months to 8 months. Even if it’s not time to replace it, if you start to worry about the smell, please replace it as soon as possible.

  • According to the frequency of use and the type of kitchen wast e, the replacement may be advanced or delayed.
  • More treatment of squid, shrimp and other seafood and spoiled kitchen waste will shorten the service life of activated carbon filter.

Disposal of Activated Carbon Filter
Please check the material and disposal method of the activated carbon filter before disposal. When disassembling the activated carbon filter, the activated carbon inside is scattered, so please wear a mask and handle it outdoors, cover the carbon filter with a plastic bag.

Method for Replacing Activated Carbon Filter

  1. Handle the platform with anti-skid and scratch-proof cloth strips or mats, turn the machine body upside down, push the back panel in the direction of the arrow,  and then take off the bottom cover
  2. Two filter elements and filter element sleeves. Remove the rubber plug in the filter sleeve by hand.NAGUALEP-NA-2-Home-Kitchen-Waste-Disposer-fig-20
  3. Push down the filter cartridge sleeve, rotate according to the rotation mark at the lower end of the filter cartridge, loose it towords to“LOOSE”direction, and pull it out.
  4. Remove two activated carbon filters and replace them with new ones.NAGUALEP-NA-2-Home-Kitchen-Waste-Disposer-fig-21
  5. Put it into the machine, align the activated carbon filter element with the clamp position of the air duct box, press it down, rotate it according to the indicator at the lower end of the activated carbon filter element, and tighten it in the TIGHT direction. It is recommended to install the right side filer first and then the left side.

  7. Make sure that the head end of the filter cartridge is aligned with the hole of the machine lower body, and then press the rubber snap in
