SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
- Disconnect from the mains power supply before starting installation.
- The bulb gets very hot when it is switched on. Do not touch the bulb until it has cooled sufficiently.
- A broken lamp glass must be replaced immediately. Do not use the lamp when the lamp glass is broken.
- Do not look directly into the bulb when it is switched on.
- Note that the wall lamp must be connected to an earthed power outlet.
- The power cord must be type 3G, 1 mm2, or larger.
- Do not use the wall lamp if the power cord and/or plug are damaged in any way. For safety reasons, the power cord must only be replaced or repaired by an authorized service center. Consult your dealer.

---|---
The wall lamp is controlled automatically via the PIR-sensor which switches the lamp on when someone enters the detection area and then switches it off after an adjustable delay of 5 seconds to about 12 minutes when the person leaves the detection area. The wall lamp is suitable for outdoor use in the passages, corridors, etc.
Installation
-
First, install the expansion piece in position in relation to the height of the lamp on the wall.
-
Insert two self-tapping screws in the plastic panel.
-
Tighten the plastic plate on the expansion piece with the two self-tapping screws.
-
Connect the power cord to the terminal block: brown wire (L = live) to a brown wire, blue wire (N =
neutral) to a blue wire and green/yellow wire (earth) to a green/yellow wire (see earth symbol). -
Insert the terminal block into the plastic panel.
-
Attach the lamp to the wall bracket with screws.
-
Insert a light bulb (max. 100 W) in the lamp holder
Replacing the bulb
- Disconnect from the mains power supply.
- Open the upper lamp cover.
- Do not touch the bulb with your bare hands.
- Unscrew the bulb when it has cooled.
- Carefully screw a new bulb into the bulb holder.
- Put the lamp cover back before switching on the lamp.
Time setting
If you turn the TIME screw (A) as far as it will go anticlockwise, the light
will stay on for 5 seconds. If you turn the screw as far as it will go
clockwise, the light will stay on for 12 minutes. You can set the desired time
variably between these two end positions.
Adjust the sensitivity (detection range)
If you turn the SEN’s screw (B) as far as it will go anticlockwise the passive
PIR sensor is active up to the minimum distance which is 1 meter. If you turn
the screw as far as it will go clockwise, the sensor is active up to the
maximum distance which is about 8 meters. You can set the desired sensitivity
variably between these two end positions. Make a sensitivity setting so that
the sensor is not activated by passing cars, etc.
TROUBLESHOOTING
- The lamp must come on automatically when someone enters the detection area and should then go out (after the set time delay) when the person leaves the detection area. If the lamp does not come on at night: check whether the sensor is exposed to light and verify that the wiring to the electronic control is correct (disconnect the mains voltage).
- The lamp comes on during the day: verify that the wiring to the electronic control is correct (disconnect the mains voltage).
- The lamp flashes at night: check whether the sensor is exposed to light. If this is the case, move or redirect the sensor so that it is not exposed to light.
