Overview
VeriFire™ Medium Systems software lets you upload or download programs between
a PC and the following devices:
AFP-100, AFP-200, AFP-300, AFP-400, AFC-600, and UZC-256.
Note: VeriFire™ is not intended for permanent connection to the fire
control system.
This document contains instructions for installing VeriFire ™ software and
running the programis help files. The help files contain instructions for
connecting a PC to the fire control device.
Minimum System Requirements
- Windows® 95, 98 or NT
- PC with a 200 MHz MMX processor and 32MB RAM (minimum)
- 256 color monitor (VGA or better)
- CD-Rom drive

Installing the Software

Insert the VeriFire CD into your PC*s CD-Rom drive.

From the Windows® Explorer, view the contents of the CD-Rom.

Read any readme files on the program disk.

Open the folder for the upload/download utility to be installed:
AFP100-VeriFire 100 for the AFP-100
AFP200-VeriFire 200 for the AFP-200
AFP400-VeriFire 400 for the AFP-400
AFC600-VeriFire 600 for the AFC-600
UZC256-PK UZC-256 for the UZC-256
Note: The directory named CR is for internal use only. -
In the selected folder, double-click on setup.exe and follow the on-screen instructions.
Running the Program
From the Windows Start menu, select Programs and click on the appropriate
icon.
Once running the program, press F1 on your keyboard to access on-line help for
details on operating the software.
